I came to find Reiki and aromatherapy out of a necessity to heal myself. In 2012 I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. The world of western medicine had little to offer besides harsh medications and blame for having pain. No doctor wanted to investigate real alternatives. For several years thereafter I stumbled around trying to find something that would help, anything really, as I was desperate for relief.
Along the way I discovered I had nutritional deficiencies which I was able to help with vitamin and herb supplementation. But still the pain was not gone. I had tried acupuncture, aromatherapy, meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, sound baths, and still nothing was completely taking my pain away.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing system first popularized by Mikao Usui in the early 1900s. The name Reiki is broken up into two parts, "rei" which means divine and "ki" which means life force energy, so Reiki is literally divinely guided energy. The reiki practitioner lays hands on the recipient in a prescribed set of hand positions and acts as a channel for healing energy to flow into the client's energy field.
Tarot started out as a card game in Italy in the 1400s and was later brought to France where it was developed into the divination system that we know today. A standard Tarot deck consists of 78 cards, including 22 major arcana cards depicting the fool's (hero's) journey, and 4 suits of minor arcana cards, including court cards, represented by the pentacles (earth), the wands (fire), the cups (water), and the swords (air).

Wendy is absolutely amazing! I'd never gotten Reiki done before but my first session was incredibly healing. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. She described the crystals and essential oils she used and their meanings and benefits in great detail. She also sensed issues from my aura that I could never imagine someone would know who's never met me and especially from a distance. I felt an almost instant emotional, spiritual and physical relief. She is the real deal!!

I'd ordered some Reiki charged bracelets and essential oils last year and those were helpful to me, so it was a no brainer on where to go when I started feeling "off" spiritually this year. I received a Reiki treatment and did the 3 month look ahead reading. The level of detail that I received from those surpassed my expectations. Wendy was extremely thorough and walked me through everything head to toe. Still being a bit new to this world, I had some follow up questions and she answered those and gave me so much clarity around them. It was all broken down so simple and well!

After suffering a blown knee about 2 years ago with no conventional medicine or therapies working for me, I tried a few "Alternative" therapeutic methods over the past 5 months. My family doctor, who practices both holistic medicine as well as traditional medicine recommended to get acupuncture. I did so four different times over a two month period. There were two very big issues I had with acupuncture; not the acupuncture itself which did ease stiffness the in my knee but then slowly came back about a month later, no, just the fact that for one, I really do not like to be touched by strangers

I have had several remote Reiki sessions that I feel have impacted me. The changes are very subtle, and sometimes when things happen in my life I think back and realize that the Reiki has made a difference. I've noticed increased intuition, which is something I was yearning for, as I tend to be a very trusting person. I also had an experience last week after I received a reading from Wendy. After having an encounter with an individual one evening I went home and went to bed. Later I awoke from a dead sleep and had an epiphany-like realization that it would not be good to engage with this person
