Good luck getting them to return your call or even record accurate information, I called several times basically hounding them to call me back. after the 3rd attempt they could tell I was not happy with the level of service I had received the secretary called me back and told me that based on the information I had given them (then repeated the information) they didn't believe they could take my case. the information she repeated back to me was completely inaccurate and not at all what I had given them. I'm also questioning the information I received from her because when we had spoken on the phone

I contacted this firm via email for a consult. The response I got was an email that wasn't even addressed to me but was sent to me. I feel the response was unprofessional and rude. It was emailed to 5 other people as well as me and wasn't even sent to me by the Alexis person stated in the email. A simple email telling that the firm was not interested would have been enough. Instead I received this.
"There was no autopsy so we can not prove cause of death. I'm not sure excess "clipping of the mitral valve" caused this lady's death; and I don't see any other significant SOC violation. Plus, this
