I called to get this lady to do some work for me she was very rude had me on hold for 30 minutes then she ended up thinking that she had me on hold but lo and behold I was on speaker phone and man that lady was cussing somebody I would not recommend this place for anybody make America great again and not use her

Unfortunately I can not leave a smaller review for this business. Google needs to implement a -star review option for businesses such as this one. The owner is very rude and disrespectful to anyone that enters the door. This includes several of the interactions that I have seen between them and their own employees. So I guess if that was the bar they set I should not have been surprised that I was treated with the upmost disrespect as a paying customer. Almost as if I was a burden or a waste of time to even grace their presence. I highly recommend that If you are looking for work to be performed

I witnessed the same as Cale Duncan and you can tell by her only responding to his review where the problem is!! I have also been a witness to the owner asking for an illegal contract to be signed by bullying her employee and his wife and threatened his job and the next business day after he signed it she fired him and his wife anyway and he was awarded unemployment because she fired him for an non work related issue she had with him... hints the questioning of illegal document is my thought... you can make your own mind up just thought people should hear the true story.

It seem to me that the owner firing people is something they like doing. I work there for about two week in 2011 ish. Now I have 25 years of the machining under my belt and the foreman handed me a pice of 4140 HT to make a gland for a cylinder. This gland had 1 wear band 1 poly and 1 wiper in it no problem, but there was a catch the foreman, who was "truck driver" before this job handed me a pice of high speed steel to cut it with and told me i had 6 hours to get it done. Now high speed steel is old stuff compared to carbide of today. Well I got the job done in 6.5 hours handed it to them and they

I have personally witnessed the owner telling workers not to spend too much time with customers and when she thought the customer was taking up too much time she would come up to the employee and tell them they were needed else where. I've also witnessed her telling employees to add more hours to certain jobs so customers have to pay more for her services. Mark up is above msrp. 65 percent mark up. I'd check google for parts first. Just saying.
