Public works GC with token offices in Costa Mesa and Redwood Shores..
In my opinion, SJA is essentially a small company with minimal office structure; they also struggle with quality recruitment in the LA/LB market (this is based on seeing multiple recurring ads on employment sites as well as fresh grads being on-boarded in PE/marketing roles). After putting in solo 10+ hr workdays I came to realize other firms have more efficient & quality operations, value relationships, and provide streamlined access to upper management
Pros: The Costa Mesa office is in a nice location right next to JWA; PW

We have been an Subcontractor working for SJ Amoroso on numerous project over several years and we have found SJ Amoroso to be one of the best GC's to work for if not the best.
As we all know there is always issues on project and we have found SJ Amoroso to be an great partner in solving all issues and work it out so all parties are heard and the problems get resolved.

Our company has been doing consistent business with SJ Amoroso for more than 20 years. We've found their management, administrative and operational staff to prefer a partnership approach to doing business. SJ Amoroso seems to place value on fostering relationships with their subcontractors and treating them in a fair, equitable and consistent manner. I would not hesitate to recommend doing business with Amoroso to others.
