Highly recommend a concert here very nice facility. Comfortable and clean smaller facility which l liked. Did not see any bad seats for viewing accept a few right in front behind the speakers. Nice you can bring a 🍷🍻 in and have handy cup holders. If your not vaccinated you must show proof of a negative test. Or a copy of your vaccination record. Luckily l carrying mine with me. Otherwise your out of luck no admittance without one of them!!!

Nightmare we went to see rent show was great but they told us we couldn't get in at the door because our tickets didn't tell us that we had to have a covid test in the last 72 hours we got to a rapid covid testing site in time because we were early otherwise we wouldn't have even gotten to see the show

We have been waiting almost two years to attend a show and we were so excited until we realized the venue required a vaccine or negative COVID tests THE DAY BEFORE THE SHOW and there were no available rapid testing sites prior to the show. I was heartbroken as this was a Christmas gift to my husband we had been anticipating for some time. Will be hard for my to ever to the same venue for any future shows and the lack of communication interested with our event.

We have been to concerts in Eau Claire before, usually at the State. But really just down the street, this was our first show at this venue. It is newer, bigger and nicer (though I will say the State has that lovely old theater feeling to it that is lovely too). The place itself was spacious, with nice comfy seats and generous aisles. As we found our seats, the only and very minor complaint I have is that the usher rushed over to us as we were locating our seats and made a big deal out of telling us the seat numbers are on the left. She said it several times, even after we had already sat down
