Powder Coating is more cost-effective and less time-intensive than traditional paint. PSP Powder Coating has experienced technicians that can handle even the most difficult projects. Durable and attractive, powder coating offers many advantages over liquid enamel or acrylic. Premium quality powder in a huge variety of colors from Cardinal, DuPont, Prismatic, and Sherwin-Williams.
These systems provide unrivaled operator control, reducing overspray, orange peel, and giving a clean and even coat. Digital valve control allows an exact and repeatable adjustment of the powder output and ensures a uniform layer thickness. We offer premium powders from Cardinal, DuPont, Prismatic, Sherwin-Williams and Tiger Drylac.
The powder coating process begins with a complete cleaning to remove any surface contaminants such as corrosion, dust or oils. The cleaning process can consist of sand blasting, chemical cleaning, or a combination of the two. After cleaning, the work piece is moved to the enclosed and ventilated spray booth.

Commercial applications including retail displays and even full product runs. Smaller items can also take advantage of our Roland VersaUV printer in order to produce detailed designs.
