Chris Turner joined the Army in 2005 and served eight years including a tour of duty in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He and his wife, Ashley, have been in the septic and plumbing business for over 10 years combined. They have three children; Dakota, Britni, and Sadie Grace.

I had a backup in two bathrooms. Called Sergants Septic and within 12 hours, all the locates were complete and they were on site at the time they said they would be on site. Septic hadn’t been pumped in at lease 14 years but more likely it’s been 25+ years. They dug up and walked me through a few recommendations. First was to pump, it was way past due. Second, the 2 T-s should be replaced. They said tank was in great shape and did not try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Honest, upfront. I found the crew chief very credible and honest. This company is amazing 🤩 and Chris Turner was so helpful and nice, he even advised my fiancé on our tankless water heater! We just bought an older home that has a septic tank and we never had one before so I figured I’d call and get it looked at! I’m so glad I did. It was awful! They came out and repaired, upgraded, and flushed our septic tank at such a reasonable price! Informed us on the dos and don’ts of having one and even sent an email of that info too! This company was wonderful! Chris was friendly, and super knowledgeable. We had a very unexpected issue with our septic backing up- when I called to get it pumped, I was in a panic, but the gentleman I talked to was very nice and got me scheduled asap. They made sure our yard looked great before they left. Would recommend them to anyone!

They showed up early, didnt have to drive onto the property at all, and had plenty of hose to reach my tank. They cleaned up well as you can see from the pictures. I was charged more due to having excessive sludge build up but that was expected based on the extra labor that is required for the disposal. Overall it was a very quick, professional and stress free process.

Sergeant Rooter and Septic keeps good communication with the customer. They called me to ask for change of the original date of service. They called me one day before they come. They called me again one hour before they arrived. Jacob and JR greeted me friendly, asking me how much I know about the septic tank. When I answered I know very little, Jacob explained the structure, principles of functioning, roles of anaerobic bacteria, and maintenance. I am happy to have gained the knowledge. JR and Jacob worked thoroughly to drain and clean the septic tank, installed T pipes, and unclogged 4 drain
