Took my amazon tablet here for screen replacement, been through 3 screens within the warranty period I got.
After first one was put on, it was the wrong screen (touch screen didn't register right). Second screen that was put on seemed to fade the picture quality. After I took it back on 3rd try the techs did put a different screen on again but since this one was put on my volume & power buttons is stuck down in the device & don't function proper, and the device is heavier since screen 3...
I've taken it back several times & shipped it there to get it corrected. I don't think they currently got

I called to order just a replacement screen for an IPhone XR and they quoted me at almost double the price. They don’t offer True Tone on there aftermarket screens and also there screens do not come preactivated so you can use your FaceTime. Only in Cape. Most basic phone store I’ve came across. They don’t do activation unlocks, and also don’t offer at any other kind of unlock as well as having cheap screens. I give credit when credit is due, and this place deserves no credit.

This is definitely the place to get your phone cleaned. I had something stuck in the port of my phone, and the charging cable kept slipping out. So I took it to Velosity first. Whatever they did, it didn't help. My phone still wouldn't charge like it is supposed to. At this point I'm thinking I might have to get the whole port replaced. But STS was right down the street, so I decided to give them a try anyway. And I sure am glad I did. A small plastic wrapper somehow got stuck in the port, and that was why my phone wouldn't charge very well. It only took about 5-10 minutes to have the port cleaned

This shop is excellent for quick device repairs, battery replacement, screen and digitizer replacement, etc. The staff is so friendly, patient and cooperative that it makes going there a pleasure. They worked an issue on my iPhone 7 Plus and were just fantastic. The owner should be super proud of employees like Mitch who treats customers with the utmost respect. These guys are a class act. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to STS Repair since they opened for all of my phone repair needs and to buy phone cases as well. They are the most reasonable and friendly people, Roger especially comes to mind.
