Definitely would not recommend it. Overall, the service is okay. The atmosphere is nice. However, the inconvenience of not being able to reschedule appointments without calling sucks especially if you realize that you need to cancel on the weekend after business hours. Life happens. Additionally, the deposit for service seems to not be required for all patrons or inconsistently followed by the receptionist. Cool. Do you. But don't charge my card after I leave because it's "the policy." If you prefer a modern & convenient booking system along with consistent policies then

Otisa is the absolute best esthetician! She made my experience extremely comfortable. She is fast and doesn’t hurt. She is very friendly! This place is fantastic! The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and Jaz was very sweet, polite, and great at her job. It was my first wax ever but she put me at ease and it was not even close to as painful as I thought it'd be! Will be coming again!

I'm not quite sure about the validity of the 1 star review that someone left. I have been seeing Tish for over 2 years and I have NEVER had a bad experience. They are always friendly, on time, to the point, and great quality. It's the only place I will go and the only place that I refer my friends and family to.

Tish is thee best!!! This was my second Brazilian and she definitely positioned me to get them regularly. She was very knowledgeable and made me more comfortable and aware of the entire process. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! This was my first time and I’m not gonna lie, going into it I was a little skeptical. Yes I had read the reviews but I also know some business owners pay people to write rave reviews. This is not the case here! Everything you read is a fact. Tish was so awesome! You be a little nervous going in but she quickly squashed any qualms you may have. Her personality is wonderful. She’s very knowledgeable and seems to be very passionate about her profession and definitely her customers. Every one I came in contact with was professional and courteous. Definitely going back

Yall! Go get your nose hairs waxed out. Especially if you have bad sinus and allergy issues. They rock here! Super clean spa and Tish is as gentle as can be. Wish I had found them before now. Support local businesses :)
