This place is awesome, I was doing a bunch of shipping for my company and they helped me solved my printing label problem. Although, I was not giving them any business, they helped me with my problem and went above and beyond their call of duty. I highly recommend, If I am not shipping for my company, I will definitely use this service...We thank you for your kindness!

I had a bad experience with an employee here on one of my visits when I was trying to ship a pre-labeled FedEx package for work, but it was not marked for a Saturday delivery and we needed it to be delivered by then. I ended up having to return to work so my coworker could change the label.
At the time, I didn't understand why they couldn't help fix the label at this location, and the employee I was conversing with couldn't answer all my questions. The owner was not present at the time but later respectfully replied to my concerns.

I used this as a drop off point to return an item to an online vendor. Afterwards, I lost my tracking number receipt. I called these guys a week later and they went through their records and provided me the tracking number I needed. This is above and beyond what they needed to do, considering I did not purchase anything from them. This type of service should be recognized. I will not hesitate to provide this place with my business if I ever do need to use a third party business for my shipping needs. Thanks for going above and beyond and helping me out!
