We believe that local partners should first ask the question: "What assets do we already have, and how can we tackle this problem on a local level?" Therefore, on some of our projects we simply link existing local partners together around a shared development goal. With other projects, we link local partners with global ones, who bring additional value.
In all our work we seek to address development challenges in a holistic manner, recognizing, for example, that poverty is more than just the absence of money and health is more than just the absence of disease. We collaborate with a variety of partners to accomplish our mission, including public institutions, aid agencies, embassies, businesses, non-profits, faith communities, and individual volunteers and donors.

Contributions are solicited with the understanding that the donee organization has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds.
We believe that businesses can be profitable financially and socially, benefitting the greater good of society. We coach local entrepreneurs to start and expand businesses driven by values that will lead to positive societal change. We also provide professional development training on a variety of topics aimed at developing the workforce and improving the overall business culture in the region.
