Attention To Everyone in the Chapin Area who are customers of BREEZE DRY CLEANERS. This business is currently treating their loyal employees this way. They are refusing to provide any Personal Protective Equipment to these folks who handle your laundry and dry cleaning items when it comes in or when it is returned to you. Not only this, but they are offering protective masks to SELL for $10 each, to the public and/or their employees. They have even told their employees to go out and buy their own PPE, if they want them. This treatment is horrible and needs to be addressed by the best source, their

This place had changed in the last year. There are weeks where my husband's shirt sleeves aren't pressed at all. Shirts aren't done when promised, sometimes for more than a week. The owner must not care at all about their business. Don't waste your time, take your dry cleaning/laundry somewhere else.

I left 27 items of clothing to be pressed which took over 24 hours to be done and cost over $140 only to bring my items home and have at least 3 shirts look just as they did when I dropped them off and 10 out of 11 pairs of pants had only the legs pressed and nothing else. Very, very poor work. You should take more pride in your job!!! I’ll use someone else in the future.

So I washed my uniform shirts b4 taking them in. Decided to get them dry cleaned instead. Got them back, one had a makeup stain on it, I don’t wear makeup. I asked for heavy starch, didn’t get that. Begged them not to crease my patches, they all were creased. When I brought All this to their attention, I was told to call a number to and let them know what happened.... SMH

Terrible service. Spot cleaned prom dress when only asked to dry clean it. Ruined the dress and refused to reimburse for cost of dress.

Terrible customer service, both when i went in to drop off my suits and when i went back to pick them up. The Indian lady was very rude but i guess she has enough customers that she doesn't care to get more.

Had a coupon from Breeze Dry Cleaning for $4 off for dry cleaning greater than $20. My total was $55. I presented their coupon and they refused to accept it. They said I had to present it when I dropped the clothes off. The clerk said they used to have a note on the door stating that, but the note is not there now. I asked for them to make an exception and the clerk said she wasn't allowed to.

I think coupons are to encourage business. Many businesses will even accept their competitors' coupons. I can't understand why they wouldn't accept their own coupon. They have
