Renee, Hoyt Mechanical Scheduler was "AWESOME!!" She called me twice on Monday, July 26, 2021 to try to schedule the service call for the same day that she called me. I called her back in the afternoon on Monday, July 26, 2021 and she was very pleasant to talk to. She was professional, very positive and very customer focused. She managed to send a service tech by on Monday afternoon, July 26, 2021 which was fantastic!! I really appreciate Renee for being so professional, kind, pleasant, efficient, caring and custmoer focused. She did a GREAT job!!!

The customer service team was very helpful to me , after waiting a month for Fidelity to approve my ac unit... They put me on the calendar because they knew I was waiting a very long time... I have worked with Hoyt on smaller projects like duct cleaning services. However when our air conditioning and heating unit died , I contacted Hoyt Mechanical for a full service quote for our two-story home. Danny was patient with me answering my many questions about the quote and the products used. He also provided other options to consider, which I appreciated. This shows Danny’s knowledge and experience in his field. Also his quote was fair and competitive given the extensive work needed.

From start to finish Hoyt Mechanical was amazing! They gave us an awesome deal to switch out our entire HVAC system and gave us the best price of all the quotes we got. Danny at Hoyt Mechanical is a lifesaver! Our air conditioning went out Thursday and it has been so hot in our house. I had to go through our home warranty and with it being a holiday weekend I was out of luck. My warranty advised me today Hoyt would be here tomorrow (Tue) but to call and confirm time. I called and Danny answered he said they would be here tomorrow then he said you know what I'm going to come over now. He was at my house, fixed air conditioner and was gone in 20 minutes. *****************

Hoyt was sent to us by our home warranty when we couldn't get our furnace to turn on. Hoyt determines that BOTH of the thermostats died at exactly the same time, and replaced both (when maybe it was really a mother board problem... or really, who knows?) Then any time we tried to turn the furnace/heat on, the AC unit would also come on (no, it's NOT a heat pump) and both would run at the same time. Long story short, Hoyt came out a few times. The AC quit coming on... well now it's AC time of year and the darn thing won't turn on. I have had NOTHING but problems with my whole

I have used HOYT for various repairs in recent years at my rental property. They have always done a good job ( pre-sale and post-sale) and at very reasonable price.
Last year at the peak of the summer heat, my AC unit broke down and couldn't get anybody out because there were many others also affected by the heat. The company owner, Danny, responded to my inquiry and was able to squeeze me in. I liked how he took my issues seriously after the service when I showed him some minor misplacement of the wires ( cosmetic, not mechanical issue). He came back the next day first thing in the morning

Sam was our tech. A very nice, intelligent man. He explained what I wanted to know. He was here for a spring tune-up, but found a minor problem. The office called right away with a quote and Sam returned to finish the job.
We bought the unit from them and this is the first repair in 8 years.
