Campus Club Uniforms was created with a convenient and customer oriented shopping experience in mind. We offer a range of options to shop for your uniforms in order to best serve our diverse customer base. Our local store offers year round shopping with a personal customer service representative for each customer. Campus Club Uniforms is locally owned and operated and supports the schools within our community to promote local growth.
Services
Garments must be NEW with a receipt for returns/exchanges (washed/worn/soiled/altered garments will not be accepted). Accessories are non-exchangeable or refundable. Within 30 days of receipt, a full refund will be issued in the form the original payment was made. After 30 days of receipt a store credit will be issued.

Overpriced uniforms & the worst customer service I experienced.
Uniforms patches were sewed all crooked.
The uniforms at JCPenney cost 50% less and they are name brand.
Uniforms at Campus Club Uniforms didn’t last 2 months, stitches coming off and frantic tearing too easy.
For the price of one polo shirt here I can buy 3 polo shirt at JCPenney and Macy’s. We’re are paying higher prices because of the School patch.
Not anymore, from now on I will purchase my kids uniforms at JCPenney or Macy’s in the beginning of school at extra savings.

I understand when a place is busy and i am pretty patient, but it is poor customer service when multiple employees walk by you and do not even acknowledge you! 3 songs played until I interrupted an employee with another customer to get service. Hmmm not too sure what else to do only one approved place to purchase uniforms💁

We paid for items never received. On 7.24.21, we ordered two (2) sets of uniforms for our child/student as he lives in two (2) homes. We purchased 2 large orders totaling $415.14; $172.34 for Order 1, and $242.80 for Order 2. On or about 8.6.21 we received most of Order 2 but are now still without Order 1 for $172.34, missing many items including but not limited to:

Absolutely done with this company. Ordered $200 worth of uniforms over 2 weeks ago. I've received no emails, tracking numbers, or correspondence at all. I've sent multiple emails and left numerous voicemails with NO return correspondence. Starting to think this is a scam and I'm going to file a claim against them. DO NOT purchase uniforms from this company!!!

It has been ELEVEN days since I placed and order for uniforms.
I’ve emailed and called multiple times for a follow up and as promised on their website and phone from the 48 hours mark, NOBODY has returned my email or voicemails. This is beyond ridiculous and if no response, I really would hate to file any disputes.
At least a tracking number would be nice!

It has been three weeks since I ordered uniforms for my daughter, and they still have not been processed/shipped. I tried contacting the company and it says that I have to leave a voicemail, however the mailbox is full so there's no way to leave a voicemail... So I have been unable to get a hold of anybody! Extremely frustrating. Thank goodness my daughter received some handy downs from another parent, otherwise she would not have a uniform for school. The uniforms through this company are nice, but their customer service is horrendous and they are extremely unorganized. I Need to figure out

I am quite unhappy with the products provided. The sizing is inconsistent between products (dresses in 4T do not fit my daughter but pants in 4T are falling off of her). They shipped me capris that were shipped missing the elastic. AND they put products (green polo and capris) on the website under the school code that were not approved by the school. When I tried to return them, they refused because I had washed them! Mind you these are products they intentionally added to the schools specific site even though they did not have approval to do so.

We have been using this place for years because it's recommended by our school.
They are never prepared, no matter what time of year you go there. If you go close to the start of school, forget about it.
And, don't even bother calling. No one ever answers the phone at this location. They don't call you back either.
I ordered about 3 weeks ago and my order still isn't ready, despite receiving a text that it was partially ready about 2 weeks ago.
I hate giving this place business each year.

Kinda bummed to see the negative reviews.
The kids working here seem to know what they are doing. The several times I've been there they have been helpful and friendly. If the item you need is unavailable they always offer to order it for you. The only person I feel is a little rude is the manager/older woman who seems to be in charge. She's a little rough around the edges. Other than that, its an easy place to shop.

I had no problems at all with customer service. I had called before ordering online to ask about sizing since I'm in Henderson, I wanted to save a trip if I could. The customer service I received on the phone was great. When I received the shirts, I realized I did need the next size bigger. I called and asked about exchanging them. Again, I got great customer service. I drove to the store a few days later to do the exchange, and again great customer service. I was nervous to check this place out as the reviews were not great. Actually I was dreading it to be honest. I came with my dukes up ready for an issue. How wrong of me! I give 4.5 stars for this place.

It's sad that people write negative things about other business.. I went in to campus club uniforms and Taylor was so very nice to me and my son.. I've been in there three different times and each time I've been there they show so much respect and are the kindest people I've seen.. even the manager came out and greeted us.. Terrible customer service. An employee got very rude with me over the phone because she misunderstood my question. Totally unnecessary. The employees don't know what they are selling and don't communicate well with the customers. One employee was on his phone when I came in and wouldn't look up at me until I had to address him twice. They rarely have the right sizes and styles in stock and they want to argue and be rude when I have questions or clarifications. It's a headache to get my uniforms here because of the employees.

We are going to keep the shirts that were sent to us. HOWEVER I would like to point out that we specifically requested that the logo be embroidered on the breast OPPOSITE the pocket.I stated this request in two separate emails.. Perhaps I should state the reason why:
These shirts are for our installation crew. They will be installing Gaming devices in various locations around the country. Their hands will get very dirty. They will be constantly putting tools into and pulling them out of their pockets. Their dirty hands are going to brush against the WHITE embroidery. The logos are going to stain

They love to argue with customers and tell them they are lying.
They give us the wrong stuff and tell us it's our fault for not specifying. And they argue.
The wife bought my kids school informs there, they had the tan skirt in stock, which is what we wanted... we also wanted that same skirt in black... and it came a different skirt. How much more do we need to specify than "I want this in black."?
They also argue about other less important stuff.
Spare yourself the headache and try someone else.
We will not be going back.

My daughters attend Doral Academy and there are two different stores listed that supply the school uniforms. I didn't know what to expect from either store so randomly, I had tried the other company first. It was terrible. The order took 6 weeks to come in for 3 shirts with the school logo - and they forget 2 of the 3 shirts! With trepidation, I turned to Campus Club and came in expecting the worst.

We went here for a simple medical uniform. They called us twice to come pick up our order. The first time, they told us that our order was at the other store on the north side even though we specified pickup at this location. The second time they called us only half the order was here. We needed to go there 3 times to get our complete order. This simple order took 12 days to fulfill. Incredible incompetence. Avoid this place. They have their heads up their a**es!!

Even though we walked in right at closing time, and I hated doing that, we received excellent, patient service. She brought out several colors and styles, gave her opinion and advice regarding their care, and made sure we got what we needed. It's their busiest time of the year and we could not be happier with their service and merchandise!
