The Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel in Coffeyville provided exceptional services to our family at the time of my husbands death in October of 2021. Richard Hanks was extremely professional and helpful as we planned the funeral and burial arrangements. If we had questions he immediately returned a call. Richard was excellent with detail planning and he had everything in place. The entire staff accommodated our family with care, support and compassion.

My parents passed away a month and half apart. The care I got between the 2 services was excellent I could not ask for caring friendly staff that makes you feel like family and took care of all my needs and all my crazy questions. It's been over a month since my mom passed away and they are still reaching out to see how I'm handling the holidays 😔 💔

Richard and his team of care minded employees went out of there way to help us make the best service possible. Found the perfect urn, helped with the playlist, answered ever question we had. I could go on and on about how cared for and welcomed we felt the entire experience. Every detail was discussed and final wishes were carried out. My sweet mom suffered greatly at the end of her life. FWB turned this frail, suffering woman into the most beautiful woman! I was so pleased when I saw her. I didn’t want her to look sickly and she didn’t. She looked at peace. Richard was so respectful of my desires for my mom and was very patient as I decided what to do. Tollie was an absolute Angel! She called, texted and emailed, as we are in Texas, and made this very difficult time such a smooth transition. The couple that picked my mom up from the Tulsa airport treated my mom with the utmost respect. The woman was present at our viewing

After losing my huband in August 2020 I was devastated. I didn't know anything about funeral arrangements or what I needed to do or even where to start. I met Richard and Tollie at Ford-Wulf-Bruns chapel they worked with me step by step and walked me through the process. The viewing that they arranged was beautiful.
My husband was a veteran and was dressed in his uniform with the utmost care. The funeral was beautifully done and befitting a veteran.

We were very pleased with the way our mother’s funeral was handled. Every step of the way great care was given to the details. She was treated with respect, and Richard and Tollie went out of their way to make sure that we were pleased. Our out of town family members were impressed by the level of service and sincere compassion.
