Found out when I went to get my medical records after the free test they want $250. Jumped through hoops for that but the new owners helped so much. Found out when I went to have my paperwork for insurance filled out that the guy couldn’t do it because he’s just a tech and not an actual audiologist which is not stated anywhere online or in the clinic

Firstly, Is Jennifer the receptionist/office manager. Her voice, pleasant attitude and helpfulness was my first impression and is very important. She gets an A+ rating. Then I met The man who tested my hearing and Karen, rep from Starkey were great. Both knew their jobs perfectly well which gave me confidence because of how much they believed in the product. They both wanted the best type of hearing aid for me....not just trying to make a sale. They both get A+ rating as well. As you can tell I was very impressed with the whole experience. Thank you all!!
