We purchased a video/audio amp from Louise's and they installed it about a year ago. Perfect job. The system sounded way better than ever before. A professional job and they showed us how everything worked - in terms we could understand. Very patient. A year later I evidentially pushed the wrong button on the remote and we suddenly had no video. Sound on the TV but no video. I thought the amp was a problem. Took it in and they immediately saw that I had pushed the button that changed the video feed - go figure. No charge. I went back home and reinstalled the amp, followed their suggestions

Excellent customer service - don was quick to respond and provide all the information we needed when looking to get a couple of tv's mounted. the team that came out was pleasant, polite, arrived on time and their work was extremely professional. they even swept up the mess! exceptional experience - highly recommend!!

Help with electronics is why I always purchase from Louisa's. They help with selection, and most important, they help with technical questions and set up, either by phone, in person at the store or in my home. They are there when I need them and they speak Durango English. Electronic devices, home entertainment in particular, eventually will require the technical expertise of Louisa's staff. Consider buying from then and take advantage of their outstanding service.

While even though a very unfortunate situation transpired with a family member at this store, and afterward an even more unfortunate exchange with an associate manager took place over the phone - I can say that after a conversation with the owner of the store, I am confident that this type of situation will not be repeated in the future.
While I do still believe they have a poor selection and they have priced the vast majority of their consumers out of the marketplace by selectively carrying only the highest quality but the highest priced products available,
