When I went to Lucky U’s website and found the motorcycle I’ve been looking to acquire for at least 3 months. I called them up and Eric asked me to send pictures of the motorcycle I wanted to trade. I texted him pictures of my bike he texted me back and made an offer that I felt was fair deal to both of us. I asked him if it was possible they could deliver the new bike. They said yes brought the bike to me, took mine away, signed all the papers and my new registration right there on the spot. Things couldn’t have gone any smoothly. Have a great experience buying a bike at Lucky U. Tomas handled my purchase giving me a great price, attentive service, and the whole transaction from the time I entered until I left owning a new bike was less than an hour. Then to top it off they delivered it to my home an hour away at no additional charge the next day cleaned, registered with the plate on it and with a full tank of gas. They charged no additional bs fees like admin fees or destination charges like most dealers do so I feel I saved alot there as well. Apparently sometime in the last 3 months they've decided to play "lets see what happens" with their customers and their wallets. There's no guarantee the bike they sell you will be rideable a week after you bought it and they'll hide behind the "As Is" form they'll make you sign after they swear the bike is "good to go". New/inexperienced riders DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you know someone who knows bikes and can bring them with you. Saw more than 1 bike on the lot that has clearly been laid down and know for a fact they sold another one thats a ticking time bomb.

I know this is a little late, but in 2019 found the street glide special that I was looking for at Lucky U. Reached out and worked with Eric and had nothing but the best of service. Getting a bike from FL to NY was a concern, but Eric took care of all questions and concerns. Got a beautiful bike(which I've upgraded a lot to it) at a great price and great customer service. No pushing or anything like that. Thank you Eric and staff.

A motorcycle Mecca in the middle of Florida. Great selection of used bikes. (Lots of them to choose from) Entire staff; sales, service, even the parts guy, were all excellent by being very helpful and accommodating. If you are looking for a used bike in Florida this has to be one of your stops. We traveled almost 3 hours to get there and it was worth the drive both ways. 🙂
