Waited 35 min for a Philly cheesesteak sandwich today. Understand they got busy, but to make me wait til I walk back in after waiting 25 min to tell me they messed up my sandwich is uncalled for. Should have at least gave me my money back, a discount or something for next time. Nada....not impressed and I live their sandwiches too.

Our experience at the location in Idabel was more than spectacular. The pizza we got was small by choice but it packed a big punch. To be real, it was amazing. More than the pizza was the owner who greeted us at the window. Not only was he professional but he made you feel appreciated/welcomed. His attitude said it all as his pizza did the rest. I recommend 5 stars to the establishment, the time it took to get our order (which was an impressive 15 minutes from start to finish) and to the genuineness of the staff/owner that was there late at night. No automated hassle! They personally take your order ersonally,courteously, fast with a delivery every time ,under 30- 40 minutes every time ! The Pizza is Awesome!!! So.... much better than Dominoes,, Pizza- Hut and all the rest. Salads are off the Grid!!!!! (As well) lol. Thanks Guys and Gals at Milano's !!!! Recommend!!! Dine in or out !

We’ve been to Broken Bow so many times I can’t count. Milano’s Pizza is hands down the BEST authentic pizza you will find! Grab it in your way in or let me tell you it is worth the drive to Idabel to pick it up! The owner is larger than life and will make you laugh too! Food and customer service 5 Star!
