We specialize in the year-round preparation of individual, partnership, LLC, corporation, estate and trust tax returns. Most tax returns are completed during your scheduled appointment time. We offer drop-off, email or mail-in services, whereby most returns are completed within one week. Because we live in a busy world, we now offer, for your convenience, our information forms online (see "Tax Tax Client Information Forms" tab).
We have built an excellent reputation in Blue Springs and Jackson County taking care of a wide variety of tax and accounting needs for our valued clients. We provide payroll service weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or as often as you request. We will generate the paychecks (or set up for direct deposit), complete all payroll tax reports including monthly, quarterly and annual reports, W-2's and 1099's, and keep you informed of all due dates to prevent late fees.

Norma is knowledgeable and will help you get all the money you're entitled to and earned. She is kind hearted and honest. She is informative and ensures you understand everything she is going over with you and truly knows her stuff. You can tell she has been doing this for a long time. I will never ever use H&R Block ever again they flat out lied to me over and over that they filed my taxes and the rude manager turned out not to be able to work their software correctly.

I really cannot say enough about this office and it's staff. This is my second year using their services. I have terrible anxiety, and spend most of my year worrying about how my taxes are going to turn out and I am late getting them in to be done. From the moment I walked in this year, Pam could absolutely see my distress. She quickly took care of me and was so amazingly kind. There is nothing like good customer service that stretches far beyond just tax preparation. I am so grateful for them and the neighbor of mine that suggested them last year.

I have been going to Norma's Tax Service for years. Everyone in the office is very professional and friendly. They really know the tax laws and will make sure to take every allowance you are eligible to take. Norma is great about showing you why your taxes are different from one year to the next. I wouldn't trust anybody else to do our taxes!

The best part of tax season is getting to catch up with her. She always makes herself available. Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall. I can't even begin to express how much we love going to Norma! We have been customers of hers for 14+ years and will never use anyone else! My mother has been going to her for as long as I can remember and went to her mother Alda before that. They definitely provide the best customer service. Anytime during the year if I have a question I can call Norma and she will get me the answer no matter how busy she is. I cannot say enough about the service that Norma provides. She's done my taxes for as long as I can remember. We moved to Florida in October 2015 and I made the mistake of finding someone local to do my taxes. I contacted Norma after both my parents and my husband and I had issues with our local tax company. Not only did Norma gladly review my taxes, but found an almost $1800 mistake. She is amazing at what she does and makes you feel so welcome, just like family. Needless to say I will NEVER make the mistake of going to anyone else for my taxes.
