We are a small, intimate clinic. You will get the attention and care you deserve from the same therapists you will see on a regular basis. Schedules are designed to allow patients to stick with 1 therapist if they prefer. The clinic consists of a common exercise area along with multiple private treatment rooms.

Prospect Physical Therapy truly is a family run practice. Justin and Elan have been friends since the 3rd grade. They have been working and volunteering in physical therapy clinics together since the age of SIXTEEN! Now, experienced in their field, they have decided to work together in their own clinic.
A few years ago I suffered a very diffcult shoulder and neck injury that required extensive surgery and physical rehabilitation. I had asked my surgeon to please recommend a progressive physical therapist who would help me achieve the strength and stability that I had prior to my accident. Working together with Justin Trilling to help repair my injury was exactly the remedy that was needed.

Elan and Justin are the most incredible and genuinely caring PTs we have ever met. Their care is only rivaled by their expertise. They have succeeded in helping our kid recover from various surgeries, injuries and one of the most difficult to treat cases of TMJ, whereas several previous PTs said there was nothing more to do. Because of their expert treatments our kid has been able to reclaim quality of life and be inspired to go forward and learn these skills as their future career. And as if that’s not enough, the office staff and assistant at Prospect PT are equally wonderful in every way.

My fiancée and I have been going here for a little under a year and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Justin is awesome, he knows what he's doing, very nice guy very knowledgeable about what he does. My fiancée walked in there experiencing all types of pain because of her health condition. After just months of her going here it was like she was a brand new person, I would recommend Prospect Physical Therapy to anyone. 5 stars !!

I can open my mouth, I can chew without pain and my TMJ headache pain is GONE!!!
After years of searching for relief from chronic neck, shoulder and low back pain I can now say I have found help. Dr. Elan of Prospect Physical Therapy has begun the process of diagnosing my problems, localizing my areas of pain and finding the treatment regimen that is best for me to relieve my pain.
I wake up pain free, well rested and ready to face another glorious day.

It’s always a scary situation when one has to face a long road to recovery. Justin and Elan make you feel like your in great hands and take it extremely personally that you recover as fast and efficiently as possible. Love the staff as well, especially that sweetheart behind the desk Irene. I hope I never have surgery again, but if I do, at least I can always rely on Prospect and their sterling service.

My Orthopedist sent me to Prospect Physical Therapy because I have severe Osteoarthritis of the knee. I have had PT before and I really never liked it and never finished out the prescribed length of time. At Prospect I find I look forward to going to PT. I have worked almost exclusively with Justin. He is knowledgeable, kind and an all around nice person. He is an excellent Physical Therapist. I am afraid that I will need a knee replacement fairly soon. It makes me feel better about the surgery knowing that I will be able to do my post-op PT with Justin at Prospect. I was stressed about doing physical

I came to see Elan and Justin after a knee injury. They not only treated my knee but identified the origin of the problem, instability of my ankle and lack of movement in my foot. They helped improve my gait and stability, as well as assisting me with healing my knee. I highly recommend them, they are highly professional and care about their patients. They only take a limited number of patients per hour to ensure that each patient gets the time they need for their care.
