Qualimed and employee Jack Jenkins was very helpful in getting my husband a portable oxygen condenser last week. They provided great customer service and I recommend them to anyone that needs the services they provide. Also last year we bought a scooter from Jack which was a better price than competitors had. Jack and Qualimed continuous to help us in anyway they can.

Qualimed has the best customer service I have dealt with in a long time. My family was traveling to the Winter Haven area in July 2021...I needed an ECV/scooter due to disabilities....after getting "railroaded" by a competitor I called Qualimed and became acquainted with Marsha.....every step of the way she gave 100% in attempts to solve my dilemma....and she was successful!!! If the boss reads this Marsha deserves a big raise!!!

WOW!! What a GREAT company. Excellent products with OUTSTANDING customer service. We purchased a hospital bed that was delivered and set up in short order. The technician (Dillon) was not only very professional but very personable as well. And let's not forget both Ms Mildred and Ms Marsha whom also helped out tremendously. Highly recommend.

Not only did they deliver equipment to my aunts house but went above in beyond with moving furniture so that she could get around her home easier after leaving the nursing home. Qualimed was our first stop when comparison shopping for a scooter. It turned out that no further shopping was needed! Brenton Willis was extremely helpful in fitting my needs with the right scooter brand, style and size. We later had need for a minor repair, and Brenton took care of it for us. Getting the part from the supply company was slow, but Qualimed was persistent in getting what we needed. Am very happy with my scooter!

Came back from vacation to find the arms unscrewed from my mom's transport chair and the screws missing. Went by to see if they could do repairs. They took the chair in and started working on it then and there. Within ten minutes, it was good as new!
I did not buy the chair there, but out of town and yet they still serviced it and with no charge. It's hard to find service like this and if I have occasion to purchase any durable medical equipment, I will be dealing with these fine people.
