Seiber Restoration has helped me tremendously. I've been anxious for years about a section of ground under my foundation that had been turning to mud over the decades. A prior owner of this house didn't realize that rainwater would not be held back by an incomplete wall in the basement. The Seiber team poured a footer and filled in where the masonry had been incomplete and waterproofed it. There was little headroom in that section due to nearby duct work, and still they made it happen. The team even proactively told me about another problem happening on the opposite side of the house and sealed

Roger and his team have done two jobs (Basement support beams and external drainage system) at my house and both have been amazing quality. They were extremely easy to work with and everything was done at top notch quality and a reasonable price. Seiber Restoration is a great company to do business with. In the very beginning of the process, they worked with us to evaluate the work we needed on the brick foundation of our 1905 Victorian cottage in order to stay within our budget. Work included rebuilding a good portion of our rear foundation and repointing of the remaining foundation of the house. The work they did looked great, was completed in a timely manner and in compliance with Historic Overlay standards.

I highly recommend Seiber Restoration for waterproofing and foundation repair. For years, our church basement flooded every time we had a hard rain. Our puppets are housed in a room where the water always came in. Seiber Restoration repaired it a few years ago and said it would never flood again.
Fast forward to February 2019, and Knoxville has had one of the rainiest winters in history. My house badly needed foundation repair, and I had four companies come out and submit their recommendations and bids.
