We were so thrilled by the work that was completed by Wright Restoration Services. We had a major water damage incident and they immediately responded with a plan for remediation. We thought that we would need to micromanage the situation, but Brian took control putting together a project plan, timeline, and held weekly checkpoint meetings to keep us informed of the progress. He personally inspected and managed the situation to ensure our complete satisfaction. Wright Restoration was a pleasure to work with and the quality of their work is top notch. I had water damage after a leak and they prioritized giving me a quote as I was concerned about mold due to severe allergies. They redid my floor, backsplash, fixed my ceiling, and installed new cabinets. Brian is thorough with his quotes, friendly, and knows his trade. Bill, and a few other workers, were detail-oriented, efficient and always left my house spotless. After water got into my basement, I asked them to assess for mold and requested a solution to prevent future water intrusion. Not only did they tell me there was NO mold; when it came time to make the repairs the estimate was adjusted to reflect the scope of what was actually done.
I could've easily been taken advantage of and paid for mold removal and the original estimation amount; instead I was charged CONSIDERABLY LESS. I believe my interaction with Brian Maggs and the rest of the Wright Restoration Services team (Sunny from the office included!) speaks to the remarkable

I was having no success with a very popular and highly advertized water remediation and repair service.
I finally called Wright restoration and had great communication, honesty, and quick responses to emails and phone calls.
The repair personalle was always on time and addressed all our picky concerns. Next time they will be my first and only call.

Very happy with the job Wright Restoration did cleaning our air ducts. Having done several construction projects on the house I knew they would be full of all manner of debris. The guys from Wright were friendly and hard working and did a very thorough job. I really appreciated the before and after photos they sent me afterwards. I highly recommend Wright!

Words cant express how much this company has done for us. When you feel you have no one else left Wright Restoration steps in and makes life worth living again.
