The reason you should go with Dr. Franz is this: the bottom line is he cares about his patients and is totally invested in their success.
I just survived a hell of week of tooth problems and it would not have been possible without the help and flexibility of Dr. Franz. Here is my story:
I was in agonizing tooth pain following treatment I had received on my teeth from another local dentist (who did not have emergency contact). It was bad

Dr. Franz met us at 3pm on a Saturday to fix both of my twins' broken front teeth. He could not have been nicer and more accommodating about meeting us for an emergency on a weekend.. He worked on their teeth for several hours. Their teeth look great! Thank you again for being so helpful and articulate about what the options were and the post repair care!

It is with sadness that I write this review. Dr. Franz himself is one of my favorite dentists I have worked with. He is kind and gentle as well as does excellent work. Unfortunately the office staff make it impossible for me to return. The front desk was so disorganized and borderline dishonest. Twice, at the end of my appointment after services were rendered, was the bill nearly double what was discussed beforehand. 2 separate appointments also had miscommunications that led to me not getting much needed work done. The dental assistant, Mariana was especially rude and unprofessional.

Ben is a master of his craft. He is flexible, communicates extremely well, does extremely great work, his staff is great and friendly, they’re professional, trained, accommodating, they want to help, and do everything as perfect as they can. BEST of the BEST! Dr. Franz and the entire team are awesome. Kind, caring, compassionate and experienced. People travel from miles not only to see Dr. Franz but, to see Kim, the most wonderful hygienist cheerful and lovely spirit. I absolutely love the experience every time I bring my Mom for her visits too. I will continue to refer my friends without hesitation. Thank you all!!

Going to the dentist is certainly not my favorite activity. It is important to me to find a dentist I can trust. I highly recommend Dr. Franz and his team as people who take the extra time to explain things, show you pictures, let you know where you're doing well and if you have room for improvement in your dental hygiene. He even calls and checks up on you in the evening after procedures to make sure everything is working perfectly. He and his assistant work seamlessly together and the hygienists are wonderful! Which is saying a lot because my last hygienist was my best friend who I trusted completely
