All-Seasons Grounds Maintenance, Inc. is owned and operated by Josh Grant. The corporation was founded in 1979 by his father, James Grant. Currently All-Seasons has 15-20 full time employees. Josh, President, grew up in the business and followed his father's footsteps joining the company full time after obtaining his Associates of Horticulture from CVCC and Bachelor's of Architecture from UNC-Charlotte.

All-Seasons is Hickory's award winning landscape contractor offering full service property maintenance and custom design build landscapes since 1979. From residential and commercial maintenance to full service landscape design and build our team is ready to help.
We offer a variety of services for both commercial and residential properties. We serve private residences, condos, restaurants, hotels, banks, industrial offices, and business offices. Our goal is to provide you as our customer with the highest satisfaction possible. Our yearly maintenance contracts and landscaping projects are designed to cover all your specific needs and budget.
This is a frequent question and a difficult one to answer without knowing what's involved. However, most of our projects average between $10-50K. We try to have designs turned around within a week. Sometimes as quick as a few days and occasionally up to two weeks depending on size and workload. Yes and no.

Josh, Chris and the team are excellent and very professional to work with. They completed a gorgeous new patio, gravel for the driveway, new walkways, and fixed my water drainage issues. Great communication throughout the whole process. Finished the project in a timely manner and all at a fair price! I highly recommend them.

Josh, Chris, and the entire crew went above and beyond our expectations with our patio build. We could not be happier with the outcome of our retaining wall, patio pavers, and fire pit. The team was extremely professional, hard working, and patient as we worked through the process from design to execution. I have loved working with all seasons ground and owner Josh Grant for both my home and office buildings. His crew is professional and work is top notch. Anything I need done is a quick text and a team member shows up. It is outstanding
We recently finished a fire pit and hardscape project with them. Josh shined as a designer for us as we had a general concept but he was able to bring it into reality. We are lucky to have been referred to them and can’t wait for the next project!!

All Season Ground Management is a full service vendor and oversees the grounds management for our association at Rock Barn Town homes. The board is very pleased with the expertise that James and Josh Grant provide for us. They are in charge of 7 acres of common area plus 75 trees and 100's of bushes and plants . They are a tremendous asset with landscape design as well.
