Run as far away from this company as possible. 100s of calls to replace a single door - they messed up the installation and it's been hell to get them back. It was hell to get them in to measure and then install to the begin with. Take your business elsewhere. I had no choice but to work with them because my management company hired them.

0 stars. I had put a request in September 2021. Contract was signed and returned within the month. No contact and response from them until end October. I was told dispatch would call on the following Monday to schedule a date. No call. I called back at the end of the week and scheduled for a technician to come the next Tuesday Morning. I had specified that all the work needs to be done before 12 as I had to leave for work. Dispatch assured it will be done before 12.
Monday comes and no confirmation call. Tuesday morning comes and no call. At 11am, I call and ask about the status of the technician

I manage a large condo property and found myself in need of a gate repair over the weekend during the most inconvenient time, a Saturday night. I called the number for AM/PM door repair and didn't expect to get a call back until Monday. To my surprise there was an on duty tech named Kalvin and he walked me through the process. I explained on the situation over the phone and he was able to diagnose the issue without wasting any time. I highly recommend this company as they are extremely reputable and can fix complex issues.

We own several properties and sought a new vendor to upgrade our perimeter security (frontage doors, tenant doors, intercom, garage bay doors, etc...). Matt's quote were accurate, and fairly priced. When installation hit a snag, Steve (their electrical specialist) found a clean professional solution. While every company has some room for improvement, AM/PM ranks high on our preferred vendor list.

We needed to replace a set of steel hollow metal fire doors for an office building in the parking area. We were very pleased with the interaction from the quote, answering numerous questions about the details of the doors (self-closing, locking, mounting, etc). They came out to install the doors on a rainy day and saw that water was leaking from the roof inside the walls. So glad they alerted me as I needed to have the roof leak repaired and rotted wood replaced. They came back later after I made the repairs and installed the doors. We recently installed two gate operators for our front gates to our property. AM/PM responded promptly, scheduled us in and we could not be more satisfied.
