As a child, I drove my parents crazy always asking "why?" about everything around me. My constant curiosity to understand the world around me and how it works drove me to disassemble anything and everything I could get my hands on just to see how it works. My parents noticed this and in the 5th grade got me a small electronics set.
At that time, I don't think they realized that would help pave my future. In 2003 I started my path in the HVAC industry. I went to UTI (Universal Technical Institute) to learn the HVAC field. At the time, it was just a school. But I quickly fell in love with this industry.

Our client for this project was complaining of high utility bills and poor air conditioner performance. By simply completing a spring maintenance and chemically cleaning their outdoor coils, we were able to greatly improve the system's efficiency and performance.
Our client wanted to reduce their utility bills in the summer and winter. We installed a high efficiency 95% Trane furnace and 17 SEER Trane air conditioner. We also replaced the sub floor in this closet, the wood was in pretty bad shape due to the old air conditioner leaking water. This home did not have central heating or air conditioning.

We called another ac company we had used in the past to come out and service our AC and they never showed. Saw that beaver had such good reviews so we decided to give them a try. We were amazed that they came out the very next day to look at our system. Richard cleaned our unit and explained everything to us pretty thoroughly. Our unit is going to need some repairs but Richard made us feel super confident about everything and we look forward to getting these repairs done by Beaver. I would totally recommend these guys to anyone looking for quick, honest and reliable service.

After our AC quit working Richard came out right away to inspect things. Once we realized we needed a new system, he helped us choose one that would meet our needs, answered all our questions, and explained all the options. Richard and his professional crew did an awesome job installing our new AC and heating system and we’re very happy with the results. Highly recommended! 🙌

Happy that I called Richard, he got out to us quickly, diagnosed the problem, tracked down the failed part, then installed it. The furnace works better and more efficiently than before, and, all at a very fair price. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and was without the dreaded upsell and bs that can happen. Great service! I was in a panic after the AC was not blowing cool air and we were looking at 100 degree weather today. My daughter is severe asthmatic and stuffy heat aggravates her asthma. Richard was able to fit me in and responded quickly, explained what had happened and left he unit clean and working. Very professional and friendly. He is a genuine and approachable man.
