Kimes Engineering and Management Services, Inc., was founded in 2003 by highly experienced aquatic and environmental engineering professionals. In addition to our technical expertise, our services are based on exceptional client responsiveness. Over the past years we have grown with a group of strong design and drafting staff that are capable of getting you the best proect outcomes on a very timely basis.
Standard Engineering showing generic compliance with the FBC for submittal with your permit package. Site or project specific information to demonstrate compliance with ANSI 7 (suction entrapment) and ANSI 15 (energy) requirements contained in the FBC. Supplemental specifications when projects need retaining walls, negative edge details, or other special pool or spa structural situations not covered in the standard engineering.
Kimes Engineering provides commercial and residential pool aquatic engineering and inspection services for pools, spas and water features. With more than 20 years experience specific to the engineering and regulatory requirements of commercial aquatic facilities, we help our clients gain results through timely design and progress through the state and local regulatory maze.
The principals bring experience as the head of Florida's Safe Drinking Water Act Program responsible for the state's Drinking Water Regulatory Program. Other experience includes environmental regulatory experience in Sarasota County involving wastewater treatment plants, underground storage tanks and air quality management.
Aquatic Inspections, LLC serves the pool builders of the Manatee and Sarasota County areas by providing building permit plans review and building inspection services space and as the Statute defined Private Provider. These services allow the builder advantages in scheduling inspections, getting prompt same day re-inspections, and inspections to ensure projects stay on schedule.
