Bay Lakes EcoWater Systems
Bay Lakes EcoWater Systems is independently owned and operated. We began in 1964 with the Lindsay Company as Lindsay Soft Water in Sturgeon Bay and Kewaunee. In 1979, as Lindsay Soft Water, we expanded our territory and moved our operation to Two Rivers and became known as Bay Lakes Lindsay Soft Water.

In 1994, we opened our Green Bay office along with the Two Rivers office and officially changed our name to Bay Lakes EcoWater Systems. We have been servicing commercial and residential softeners, multi media filters and drinking water systems for over 50 years. Initially, we began servicing only 2 counties.
Services
Bay Lakes EcoWater Systems provides FREE home and business water analysis in our coverage area. Tests included are hardness, iron, pH, nitrates, TDS, hydrogen sulfide, tannins and copper. We can also detect iron and sulfur related bacterias. Laboratory Water Tests: Bay Lakes EcoWater Systems also perform water tests that require a laboratory.
Prices of water softeners vary widely, depending on the size, the manufacturer and the quality. A water softener is not a "one size fits all" home appliance like a water heater. There are a number of factors that must be considered before a system is installed. First, the mineral content of the water source must be tested along with the iron content.

Excellent Service. Had our water softener upgraded. They did a great job- very efficient. While on site they rerouted a drainage tube that was going into our utility sink. That was a huge improvement as we no longer have rust staining the sink. Bay Lakes Ecowater is very customer focused. They listen and offer creative solutions to address your needs.

We purchased a replacement faucet for our Ecowater system, but the tubing fitting was missing. However, they drove from Two Rivers to Green Bay to hand deliver the missing part. Ann was very gracious during this process in solving the initial issue, so that we could have clean drinking water!

Love our water system from Bay Lakes! The system took care of our high iron and sulphur smelling water perfectly. Randy was very knowledgeable about all of the systems available and led us in the right direction. He took very good care of us. Thanks Randy! The salt delivery service is also a bonus for us. Very convenient and fast service.

Do not use this company for water needs ! If you don't buy one of their expensive systems and rent it the system instead you will not get good service. I had 2 different employees tell me that because I rent the system that the service is not as good as a person that bought one! I needed to have a filter repacked and the employee told me the boss lady won't let it be repacked as it is costly and I'm just renting so boss lady won't want to spend the money ! If you call for service you have to wait until the repair man is in your area so could be 2 weeks sometimes . There system

Randy from Bay Lakes went to my parents home which has had a very long history of bad water. He diagnosed the problem as being high iron and water hardness. They have previously been told they had high tannin levels in their water. He replaced their system and since they have had no problems. Great service and follow up!

I was a loyal customer of Bay Lakes Ecowater since 1996. Long story short. I am no longer a customer. I was loyal for so long because my Mom worked for Bay Lakes for over 20 years. I considered them friends. The kicker is I thought I could trust them. I lived in an old farmhouse in Mishicot, spent over $2,000 on equipment and still had orange stains on my fixtures. I figured it was an old house nothing much could be done. I moved to Sturgeon Bay where my husband and I built a new house in 2012. Randy, a salesman, sold us a water distiller which I asked for, but he knew was very labor intensive

Thought at first they were very friendly, but I was told if I got salt delivery (when I didnt need salt) that I would avoid a service charge and they would test my water as part of the salt delivery, and IF I needed repairs I would be charged an hourly rate. They changed one small part, were in my house about 30 minutes (I know the exact times for a fact and I can prove it because I was on a call for the duration of the time he was in my house) , I got charged for the salt, an entire hour of service, AND the service fee I was told would be avoided by getting a salt delivery. So now I’ve got 5
