Acupuncture became a staple of my own healthcare after it saved me from surgery on a chronic sinus issue. After years of teaching meditation in Bucks County and Florence, Italy, acupuncture seemed like a natural progression to expand my practice of studying the complexities of human nature. It's a joy to now be able to offer its amazing potential to support the healing of others.
I was born and raised in Korea. After I was married, I unexpectedly miscarried my first baby. Later I had successful pregnancies, but after my second son was born my health seriously deteriorated. I was depressed and felt nothing could help me at that time. However, I slowly regained my health by practicing Kouksundo, a traditional Korean abdominal breathing and meditation practice.
We offer a gentle but potent style of Japanese acupuncture (Kiiko Matsumoto Style), effective with a wide range of health problems-sometimes even those that haven't responded well to other styles of acupuncture. Japanese acupuncture is known primarily for subtler, gentler needle technique, the unique application of moxa (read below), and reliance upon palpation for diagnosis, customization, and feedback during sessions.

I am very grateful to have them here in Doylestown. They have supported me in my recovery from chronic headaches and Lyme disease.
First time acupuncture patients are advised to schedule an Initial Session (approximately 90 minutes), which includes intake interview, examination and treatment. After your initial session we will discuss a recommended schedule of follow-ups. We are also happy to discuss your treatment options before your visit by way of a questionnaire which can be completed online or over the phone (contact us).

Grace and Bridge acupuncture are AMAZING. I had a retinal vein occlusion (my second- my first was 20 years ago and took over 6 months to clear). Grace was the only acupuncturist that would see me. After 3 months of regular visits I am happy to say that my vision is 100% clear and my retinal specialist was not able to detect the occlusion at my last visit. I saw Grace a few weeks after having lumbar back surgery. I was in a lot of pain, with little Western options besides pain meditation or steroids. I'm so grateful I found Bridge acupuncture. I've been seeing Grace for 5 weeks now for tension headaches and stress, and my symptoms have almost completely subsided. Sessions with Paolo always help me feel better. A difficult time over the last few weeks had me feeling pain all over my body and, more worrisome, I felt sad, weepy, and very anxious.
