The term "probate" refers to the court supervised process of identifying and gathering the assets of a deceased person. If any assets remain after all debts are paid, they are distributed among the heirs of the deceased person, as stipulated in the decedent's will, or according to the inheritance laws in the state if there is no will.
However, some of the key procedures followed during the probate processes differ from state to state. There are two main types of probate administration under Florida probate law- formal and summary administration. In order to initiate the formal/court probate process in Florida, a family member/heir of the deceased person needs to file the necessary probate pleadings with the court.

Aside from the nearby lakes and trails, this was the only bright spot of my vacation. Fantastic food with gluten free and vegetarian options, and the friendliest employees. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
They would make a killing if they moved their business to southern Maine!

My partner and I came here two days in a row - while camping in Old Forge. It was sooo good! So friendly and sweet and the food was incredibly fresh and healthy. If you’re gluten free (or even if you’re not) you have try the gf sourdough. I had my first dalgona here too - it was next level! I am always nervous traveling because I have tummy issues but I felt like a million bucks after eating here. So this review is for all of you health conscious folks looking for ~the~ place. This is the one.

Thank you sooo much Dough a Deer for giving us another reason to adore Old Forge! Every time we stop in to your eatery, we are greeted warmly by you with a new treat try (as well as finding our delicious favorites still on your menu). Today's "new" was gluten free frosted chocolate cake, which was so soft and melted in my mouth. Today's yummy "favorite" was gluten free veggie quiche, for me...amazing! My daughter says your avocado toast is the best she's ever had anywhere! We love what you've added to our Adirondack vacations. After 30 years visiting here, it's wonderful to find homemade gluten

A fantastically cute and friendly eatery run by a dedicated husband and wife who take the utmost pride in their work. Dough a Deer offers some unique and tasty drinks and treats, including a Baked French Toast which is to die for. The quiche lorraine is also a satisfying pick for those wanting something savory. Their menu also offers gluten-free options in the form of their breakfast burritos and angel food cake. While we only experienced the lemonade, it was very light and refreshing. Their other drink options include smoothies, coffees, and teas. Prices are very fair for the location and products

I ordered 2 batches of mini donuts and had to drive all the way to the OC to pick them up. It was such an inconvenience because she couldn't get them delivered to me in time. Secondly, she made them the night before and even then the mini donuts were stale and dry. The presentation was half decent but that doesn't matter if they are terrible. Thank goodness there is Donut Friend and new donut establishments opening up. $2 per terrible mini donut is such a rip off!

Ordered delivery and paid expedited three day shipping, the doughnuts arrived five days after the shipped on date, the box and shipping tracking said they were shipped standard ground! I couldn't eat the doughnuts when the arrived because they were stale! Dough-a-deer refused to reship a fresh batch!

I initially thought that I hit the jackpot when I found Dough a Deer's etsy shop (especially after seeing the gorgeous dough babies featured on several party planning blogs/websites). I thought her donuts would be an AWESOME addition to my birthday brunch festivities. The owner of the shop was fun & easy going... she reminded me of a girlfriend who I'd lost touch with & reunited with. It was smooth sailing UNTIL I located her FB fan page a week before my birthday events were to take place--GEEEZ, there were tons of unhappy customers! BUT, I didn't have anything to worry about

Don't bother visiting her website, becoming a FB liker or ORDERING!
Nicole Anderson is the owner of this psycho website. I placed an order with her back in March for April delivery. She couldn't manage it. When I pointed out the error in dates, she said she would re-send. Sadly, I got neither. So I wanted a refund. When I repeatedly sent emails and YES, I repeatedly asked her about it on FB, she managed to become belligerent about it. And telling me, I only deserve a partial refund (nice way to do business, eh?) And that the check would come in the mail at the beginning of June. (My
