Services
Mirrors can be used to add additional dimension and light to any area, providing a sense of beauty and depth. Plate glass is also known as flat glass or sheet glass which are a type of glass, initially produced in plane form. It is generally used for windows, glass doors, transparent walls, and windshields.
We try and accommodate all our customers by providing a wide variety of options for your desired project. After 100 years of operation, our company has stocked a wide variety of glass and mirror, which can be seen in our website gallery and in-store. We most likely carry any of your desired glass and mirror products.
Storefronts - Choose from a variety of storefront manufacturers including YKK, Kawneer, Oldcastle, EFCO and Trulite. Select from simple storefronts to complicated curtain wall projects. We can also custom design projects of any size. Doors & Frames - Our doors and frames are available in a variety of options, with a large selection of accents like stiles, rails, and hardware.
Glass -We offer an extensive range of glass products and services. We can fabricate glass in our shop with any of our 10 automated fabricating machines. All polishing, beveling, hole drilling and notching is done in-house as well. We also have the ability to manufacture insulated glass. Our wide range of glass types and products are available in various textures, colors, and sizes, including 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and 3/4" plate glass.
Kentucky Mirror offers a twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week emergency breakage service for our commercial customers. If your business has an emergency glass repair, call our breakage hotline anytime at (502) 583-5541. If we cannot immediately fix your break-in, we offer a board-up service to ensure your storefront is secure until we are able to fully repair it.

I would not recommend this company if you are on a time crunch to get something taken care of. I work for a business nearby and we needed a sliding glass door installed. I contacted them in early March 2021. They came to the business, took measurements & said they would get back to me within a couple of days. NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM THEM. Contacted them a week later, then 2 weeks later just for them to keep telling me someone will contact me with information on this door. It is mid-May 2021 & still haven’t heard anything!! PITIFUL! I showed up to pick up my purchase. I went in and spoke to a lady that was very nice. An older lady sitting there was not very pleasant, it was more the way she acted than what she said. She acted like I was bothering her. The nice lady told me she would get someone from the back to bring out my purchase. That is when the older lady said, it’s going to be a while, they are all in the back loading. Ok, I get it, but it’s the way she said it. Then she said to go out and wait in the car and someone would be out. I waited 45 minutes out front in my car. (Absolutely ridiculous) I then called the

LOVE these guys. They fabricated the doors / walls for our showers and installed them. They fabricated our mirrors to fit the room and the bathroom vanity's and took ceiling height into account. They did a great job and the final product look fantastic and everything functions as it should.
Today I brought a door in to get a pane of glass changed out. We called several other places, and Louisville Mirrors and glass got the job done.The door looks better than ever. The got it done the way we wanted, did it fast, and for far less than the "other guys". You're making a mistake if you don't call them

Very poor customer service. I thought they would be the best place to take wood frame windows (since they have been around a while) to have them re-glazed but I was very wrong. They said they would take a few days but took 2 weeks and they never called me, I had to call them. When I took the windows in to the store I was quoted 2-4 hours at 60.00 per hour to glaze. But when I went to pick them up they charged me 8 hours at 60.00 per hour. When I received the windows they looked horrible, the window glazing looked like it had been done by a 10 year old that had no idea what they were doing. I complained
