What a great company! Had a leak coming from fireplace ash pit into basement. Plumber and Chimney companies recommended a waterproofing company. Mainline Waterproofing knew immediately what to do. Totally flexible with rescheduling 2x on my part, always pleasant, explained step by step what they were doing, can’t think of a thing that didn’t go well! Highly recommend!

I had them replace a silted-out perimeter drain on one wall July 2021. They were fast and clean, and handled a small aberration in the original spec in a professional manner. However, the drain wasn't put to the test until the Ida remnants came through on Sept 1. The drain held up with no water breaching it. Very pleased with the experience and the results.

I just used Main Line Waterproofing for the second time and they were terrific - again. This time I had water leaking in my garage. The owner came out himself and sent his team - they corretly diagnosed the problem, which was actually a bit tricky, and fixed it. This firm is outstanding. They're just very responsive and professional. You can tell that they want to make sure that a job is done correctly and that the customer is happy. I wish every service company was like this.

Outstanding service from start to finish! From owner Herb Fry's initial visit, analysis and explanation, to Paul and the installation crew's careful setup and cleanup, and interactions with Nicole the office manager, the experience was exceptional overall. Everyone I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The workmanship is top quality and staff were very customer-oriented and detail-minded throughout. I HIGHLY recommend this very capable and experienced company.

Herb came out and spent time with me going over options for waterproofing the basement. We went with a french drain on the right side of the house (where water was coming in). The job was completed in under 5 hours. The service folks took great care to seal off the area to contain dust. After the job was completed I was given a rundown of the equipment. Will report back if I have any issues with the work that was done.

We recently had Main Line Waterproofing install a new french drain system in our basement to address our severe water issues. We are very thankful to Bert and his team for doing such an amazing job. We have had snow melting since then that would have triggered a lot of water in the basement in the past, but it's no no problem at all now. The work was done at a great price, in a timely manner, and Bert, the office staff, and crew who installed it were very friendly, responsive, and demonstrated a genuine interest in doing the job right.

We were happy with the quality and craftsmanship of the french drain installation by the crew, however, some things could’ve used a bit more attention.
First, the proposal from Main Line stated that the premises would be left broom swept which it wasn’t. I swept up a couple pounds of debris the day after they finished. They also damaged my dryer vent which required replacement.
General communication was also lacking between the office, the crew and myself. We were scheduled for Tuesday, which got pushed to Wednesday, which got pushed to Thursday at which point

We were so impressed with the dedication put forth and pride the Main Line Waterproofing team had in doing the job right - especially Norm. It has been several weeks now and our basement has had multiple tests and stayed completely dry. In fact, when it’s raining or wet outside, it feels like you are in a spa with trickling water pouring into the sump pump 😂 where it belongs!

Had a great experience with Mainline Waterproofing. Herb did a great job explaining the issue and remedy of installing a french drain and sump pump. His crew was professional and got the job done quickly. They came across an issue with our old cast iron main sewer line, which was fortunate because we were able to replace it while they had the floor dug up. I would highly recommend them!
