The heating coil went out in our dryer, he came and fixed it. A little over a month went by and the dryer broke again, this time he said it was a fuse, he fixed it and again, a little over a month went by and it broke for a 3rd time. My husband ordered the parts and fixed it this time. The heating coil had burnt out again. The same heating coil that was "apparently" just replaced with a "new" one by Mountain Top Appliance was rusted and looked very old.
He was very friendly, and did fix our freezer, but I can't help and wonder why the "new" heating coil he had just put in had burnt out so quickly

ONCE AGAIN I CONTACTED MARK AT M T A WHO HAD JUST CAME BACK FROM VACATION AND OF COURSE HAD A FULL SCHEDULE . MY DADS WASHING MACHINE HAD GONE OUT AND MARK WORKED HIM IN EVEN THOUGH HE HAD A FULL SCHEDULE . YOU DON'T FIND THIS KINDA CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS DAY AND TIME . IF YOU NEED ANY KIND OF APPLIANCE REPAIR THEN M T A CAN AND WILL DO THE JOB .

I needed to have the door boot seal replaced on my whirlpool washer. I contacted Mark and he was out the next day and ordered the part and promptly came and repaired my washer when it arrived! It only took him 20 minutes to get the job done!

Mountain top Appliance Service, Mark, repaired my GE refrigerator. I will use him again next time. No doubt. Knowledgeable, careful and a NICE man.
He quickly identified the problem. I needed a crisper fan, fresh food fan and a new control board. When he returned to install the parts he installed the fans first to see if I needed the control board for return purposes. We did!
It’s comforting to have a go-to Appliance repair service. I will call Mark for other appliances too.
