My name is Jim Pfister, and I am the owner of Pfister Sprinkler Systems Inc. I was introduced to irrigation while earning my degree from Purdue University. Upon graduating I worked in the construction industry until I had the opportunity to start Pfister Sprinkler Systems in 1988. Our success through the years has allowed the business to grow immensely, spanning a region from the Lakes area in northern Indiana to Indianapolis in the south.
Whether upgrading an existing system or installing a new system the design will be created specifically for your property. We offer free estimates. Pfister Sprinklers always considers water conservation in our designs. We specialize in installations of automatic sprinkler systems for both residential and commercial properties.

I do not recommend Pfister Sprinkler Systems. We had a perfectly working sprinkler system until Pfister Sprinkler Systems serviced it for the season. They left the intake pump uncovered. Within two weeks, it was not working. When we called them about it , they were rude on the phone. Finally we convinced them to come and check. The pump was not working. All they said was that it got clogged with dirt from the pond and gave a quote of $1000 dollars to fix it. They did not want to own the responsibility for the uncovered pump.
Very unprofessional service. Will never use their services again. Stay

Employee cuts my cable line installing neighbor's sprinkler system and they claim cable mismarked line. Cable line still on my property but they take no responsibility. Now cable line has to be buried again which will leave trench marks through my sod. Again not their problem. I owned a business for 30 years and always did the right thing when mistakes were made. Apparently this is different to them.

Absolutely horrible, the residential sprinklers were set up to water 5 hours a day, 4 days a week. Stupendously stupid and expensive. Worse yet, they still don't work right (2am AND 2pm)
Worse than useless -- avoid at all costs
