With over 40 years of combined experience, the physicians of PMPSF are dedicated to assisting the injured worker return to pre-injury status. We coordinate with case managers and adjusters to rapidly assess and offer treatments protocols to injured workers. We offer IME and EMA evaluation as well as second opinions.
The physicians of Pain Management elected to design and structure the Center for Spinal Stenosis to offer information and the most up-to-date cutting-edge technology to help with the diagnosis and treatment of spinal stenosis. The advantage of using medical marijuana over narcotics is providing pain relief while AVOIDING the unpleasant side effects of constipation, nausea, and respiratory depression.
Certain procedures allow the performance of injections while the patient is on a blood thinner (such as coumadin, Eliquis, Xarelto, Plavix). However there are certain procedures such as epidural injections which require that the patient to be off the blood thinner for a specific period of time. Our physicians will reach out to your medical providers to assess the risk of holding the blood thinner before we schedule the injection.
The physicians of Pain Management Physicians of South Florida have been treating chronic pain in a comprehensive manner for more than 20 years. We are board- certified and fellowship trained in pain management. While we perform many state of the art procedures and have years of experience with pain medications and non-pain medications, we recognize the true value of medical marijuana as an alternative option or supplement to treating pain.

I have been seeing dr Waschman for long time what I have will never be cured but each visit he listens and cares about my symptoms of pain and he doesn’t rush you or others. Bare that in mind when u go ..I like him so much that I self pay now because my Medicare program he’s not on and I’m not switching

I selected Pain management physicians of south FL over other pain management specialists, because he was referred to me by Dr. Levy . Doctor Wachsman is a true professional on every level. He has discussed different methods to ease my neck and shoulder pain and I have already seen relief from the first injections. I have met multiple staff and they are polite , helpful, and just like Doctor Wachsman committed to the patients.
