Justin and Nick came out after we noticed water leaking in from the roof. Super friendly and professional, they used a variety of tools to run comprehensive inspection on the interiors of the wall, making sure of anything that needs cleaning/mold removal. Good thing they are prompt and fast that we saved potentially lots of money having to repair any significant structural/mold damage.
Highly recommend Ultra Clean, Nick and Justin are awesome!

My husband and I would highly recommend Ultraclean Pro. I noticed a seam on my laminate floor in front of my dishwasher looked like it was raised just a tiny amount and asked if Ultraclean could send someone to check it for me. They sent Justin the same day to give us an estimate. He had to access our crawl space which was located in our spare bedroom closet. I use that closet for storage and it was piled high with blankets, etc. Justin insisted on moving all of it for me so he could access it. My wife and I were confronted with a broken drain pipe in the kitchen wall. The plumbers (Scott & Doug from Master Rooter) suggested we call Ultra Clean. It was late on a Friday afternoon when UC was called and within an hour Dustin Milbourn (lead technician) & Noah arrived and started working toward restoring the property. Very hard working individuals! I unfortunately had my septic line blow TWICE and without fail and always with a smile, they took great care of us! They had a new employee they were doing a working interview with and she was fantastic as well! For being her first day on the job, this was one heck of a working interview. Josh and Hailey were amazing! Hailey, great first day! Josh, just like last time, you made a crappy experience (pun intended) the best it could be for what it's worth.

Our home flooded on Good Friday, a call was made to Ken Hurst, who sent his team to our home immediately. Kaden Isaacson and Fernando evaluated the situation and went to work. They did a fantastic job pulling up carpet in the living room, dining room and family room, removing our kitchen flooring and wet cabinets. The fans and other equipment were removed by Kaden and Justin on Wednesday.

I returned home from vacation to a flooded rental house. I didn't think it was too bad, neither did my property management company. We were wrong! When Brandon and his crew got involved, THINGS GOT DONE PROPERLY. They have instruments that help to find things that other people would never be able to. Brandon even found old water damage that could have created possible mold and problems for my family. Christmas morning we had no water. Look in the crawl space, and there was a good four inches engulfing the bottom of our home. We called around and these folks were the only company that had any interest in helping during the holiday. Brandon answered and was incredibly empathetic! He had Richard and another guy over to the house within the hour, because they knew that without a clean work space, no plumber was going to go down there to fix it.
