While I did not purchase my blinds from Sew Beautiful, I reached out to Margaret (not happy with sales person I purchased from) regarding some issues I was experiencing with my blinds. Right off the bat she was so willing to help me and suggested I contact my supplier first as they may save me some money on repairs because I was a customer of theirs. She told me to contact her if I had no satisfaction. I was amazed at her willingness to work with me and to think of my pocketbook rather than hers.
