I was with State Farm for 14 years. I’ve never missed a payment, I’ve never been in a car accident and I do my best to be responsible and abide by whatever guidelines they recommend. I tried merging a significant other onto my policy with his new vehicle and due to a ticket history they had to cancel that policy. Understandable, but I suppose since I’m dating someone with a ticket history that warrants canceling my policy that I’ve had for 14 years without any notification. I believe there was one letter that was sent and lost in the mail. Not only is that terrible business but my drivers

I've had State Farm insurance for a lot of years. This office is always courteous and helpful. When we had an accident due to a medical episode a couple of months ago they were there for us. From the office staff to the claims department we were very well treated. I can't tell you how much we appreciate this office. 👍

Dropped my insurance plan without sending me a warning notice or notifying me that I had been dropped. I was told that without car insurance your license will be suspended. If insurance companies are aware of this why wouldn't they notify someone that they are being dropped and are at risk of losing their license. I understand that once you are being dropped the insurance company at that point don't care about you, your future, your family, and your obligations... but this was too much.
