The Taft Union High School District's CTE Department is providing programs that meet today's job demands and the careers of the future. We understand the importance of not only providing our students with theory-based instruction but the opportunities to apply that knowledge through "hands-on" skills applications.

Certificated & Classified positions are advertised in the local Taft Midway Driller newspaper, as well as the Taft independent newspaper. Taft Union High School district has partnered with Parchment, a leader in eTransript exchange, to send high school transcripts electronically, securely and confidentially, to colleges and universities of your choice. Students and alumni request a transcript and designate the academic institution, organization, or individual they would like to receive.
We are excited to announce that all TUHSD students now have 24/7 access to ebooks and audiobooks through our new digital library website. Our school partnered with OverDrive to offer digital content to our students, available on a computer, phone, tablet or iPad. The content is compatible with almost all devices and it's available online and offline.
