The recruiter I worked with there was very sneaky. The job description stated they wanted a BA in Business and several years of recruiting experience. I realized I didn't have this yet they said no worries as the job is all learning. Three hours of online assessments and several interviews they told me sorry you didn't meet the job listing requirements. The recruiter could care less and wanted to advertise me to other employers and I said do not because I did not give you permission to share my personal information. YPP has provided HR Services to my businesses since last century and they are my go to Expert in HR. Their service costs more than the low service payroll solutions but for the issues they deal with they are a deal. Sandra & Cindy and their staff are experts that every small business executive should have on their advisers list.

My former employer used this company for workers compensation and payroll services. They were super unorganized, and as a result it took over a month after I started to get all the pre-hire paperwork completed due to their errors. They repeatedly resent documents I had already completed, and when I would contact one member of their team about these issues, I would get a response from another member. Their lack of inter-office communication and attention to detail created such a headache for my employer and myself. Would not recommend them for HR or payroll services.
