I usually don't post reviews, unless it's a terribly good or terribly bad experience. Nadav, owner of this business, was fantastic. Knowledgeable, courteous, prompt - a WAY different experience than anyone else we called. And then - a day before he was scheduled to come - he called because he was in the area and asked if he could stop quickly to diagnose the issue - which he did a few minutes later - and then was able to promptly fix it on the spot - a day early. Genuinely nice guy. I'd recommend this business to anyone!

Really really happy with this company! I rarely, RARELY write reviews, unless the experience is either exceptionally good, or exceptionally bad. This company is top notch, and Kobi (who we dealt with) is just a genuinely great guy. Out of everyone we initially contacted, this was the not only the most professional company, but by far the most knowledgeable as well. And if that wasn't good enough, since they were driving through our area they actually made a little extra time to stop and take a look at the situation to diagnose the problem (even though technically we were not on the schedule

I'm highly recommending Air Planet Heating & Air Conditioning. Nadav and his crew just replaced my failing 30-year old central A/C system in my condo and installed a new one. Their performance in all aspects from the beginning to the end was excellent. Nadav is the ultimate professional. He is easily reachable, communicative, knowledgeable, nice, and HONEST. He could have changed my entire furnace when my heater failed, but Instead he opted to try and save me money by replacing the control panel. The part came quickly and he installed it less than a week. His price was fair. Excellent work!

Our 20 year old AC went out mid summer heat. Had a guy look at it same day, said it needed to be replaced. New system and parts would take at least a week. I Called Nadav, he came out ASAP he somehow was able to make work for the time being. In the mean time we discussed and planned for new AC system. Unit size and type etc. Also needed the condenser installed at different part of the house. Showed up a few days later with new unit. Nadav and his guys had it installed, up and running same day!! Nadav was very responsive to my request for service in the weekend. He showed up immediately after my request and did a thorough job in diagnosis in a professional manner. He quickly identified the problem for my malfunctioning compressor and replaced the faulty capacitor. He recharge the system with the new refrigerant to the desired psi and clean up the condenser coils. My AC is functioning again to the specs and cool air was resumed beautifully. He’s been out to my house a few times over the last 3 years, and if things are a small problem he’ll fix them then and there and not over charge.
It’s difficult to find trust worthy companies and I have been impressed that he has gone above and beyond to save me as the customer money, whilst doing a great job.
I’m so happy to refer him to anyone I know as a realtor, the world needs more good contractors!

A previous contractor that my insurance sent out was unprepared to climb into a narrow crawl space in my utility closet to access my AC, but Nadav just got on with the job and got it done ASAP.
I really respect his honesty and the fact that he's told me when I haven't needed to upgrade and saved me money. This of course has made me a repeat client and more than happy to refer him to my friends.
