It all started about 4 years ago when our owner started looking at all the moving companies in Baltimore and the rest of Maryland. After doing this he felt like there was a need for a locally owned moving company that actually cared about the people and the memories they were moving and not the dollar signs.
After being in the moving business for almost 15 years he decided to start Move In USA. A hometown moving company you can trust with all those precious memories you hold so dear. Since then our company, Move In USA has been taking care of the great people in the Maryland and the surrounding states of Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and also the Washington DC area for more than three years.

Luckily money I have spent on worthy people. From the moment I contacted MOVE IN USA until the moment they said goodbye, they were the best. They were so helpful, friendly, and qualified. The team made the whole thing look super easy when I was just stressed. They knew what they were doing including dismantling and re-assembling furniture and it made the whole difference. I used MOVE IN USA LLC this fall for my move. It was done professionally. They explained to me how the move would be handled. I was able to breathe out and trust the team. All of my furniture was protected, and didn’t receive a single scratch on my furniture. Also, the guys disassembled and reassembled my furniture, and I did not have to worry about any screws or put it together in the wrong way. The crew was very efficient, and the move was very smooth.

I really appreciate how they pay attention to details and make their work as efficient as possible. They called before arriving to ensure I was there when they arrived and brought all the packing material themselves. I asked for some extra boxes for our personal stuff and they even accommodated the request. Really customer friendly movers.

Ten guys arrived on time, and the lead person was very personable, professional, and easy to work with. All the guys were super friendly and respectful. We finished in 6.5 hours, and I could load an entire truck for disposal. I had a fantastic moving experience with this moving company, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My sister and I had an excellent experience with MOVE IN USA when we moved internationally to TX. Elliot was great in communication and letting us know the status of the move and continuously checked in with us. They were very efficient in packing and moving our items as well as unloading all our items. Working with MOVE IN USA relieved the anxiety we had in moving internationally during a pandemic. We greatly appreciate MOVE IN USA and could not have asked for a better moving experience.

It was a great pleasure to work with MOVE IN USA team. Their professionalism and the services are unmatchable to any of the companies around. We had 3 men on our moving day. They took great care of our belongings. Our most of the furniture was new and they understood my concern and placed it safely everywhere we wanted. We were done within the given time. Very trustworthy couple and professional. They showed up earlier than we scheduled, which worked out great. Super-fast response to my initial inquiry and fair priced. They wrapped the essential items with blankets and helped set up our bed at our new place. Excellent customer service and great attitude. I definitely recommend them if you a concerned about the quality of people moving your belongings. Very trustworthy!

Don't believe the estimate. We were quoted $3800 to move our household items into storage then we was told another $2400 was needed on the day of the move. They stated, it took more hours than anticipated even though they'd determined the estimated hours needed. We were also quoted $1700 to move our items from storage to our new home. Two weeks before the move to our new home, we were told the price would be $2400 because it was their peak time of year, the summer. I was also told it would only take 10 hours for the second move to our home. Of course I agreed with the new price

The absolute worst moving company... My delivery date was changed three times and I was told the average time from east coast to west coast is 5-7 days. It took TWO WEEKS!
This company is very nice and professional in the beginning and then as soon as they pick up your belongings... they don't care. Their estimate is way off.... and they will nickel and dime you for every penny . Almost all of my 12 pieces of furniture were damaged. Legs broken on two pieces... scratches, and damage caused from them improperly packing and wrapping my furniture. The delivery was even worst. I paid 50% down

This has got to be the absolute worst moving company. Over the phone that said they had moved motorcycles before which was a lie. We paid for extra space on the truck so that nothing would be placed on out motorcycles but that didn't happen and they caused over $2500 in damages to our bikes. All of our boxes were damaged because they over packed the truck( 4 or 5 stops worth of items were on the truck). Several items broken and they had the audacity to blame us and say they were doing us a favor by transporting the bikes.

I needed to have my daughter's goods shipped from DC/VA area to Tucson, AZ. The goods were in storage and it was a little stressful to know if everything was loaded as we had no one in the area to view the pickup. Needless to say, everything was picked up and delivered as agreed upon. A slight delay in delivery do to weather, but this created no real problems. The Senior Relocation Consultant was most helpful and very patient with all my calls and concerns. The price offered with this company was the most reasonable of all I checked.

These pictures and any promises are all lies!!! The company should be named BREAK in USA, because that's what they do to your stuff!!!! If you have anything you care about DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Greg Miller dealt with me and did nothing but lie to me!!!! I was promised that my belongings would stay with the company from pick up to delivery, but when my delivery FINALLY arrived it was in a truck with movers that had NO affiliation with the company...the driver was rude, threatening and smelled of alcohol!!! My boxes were crushed, my furniture was broken...I had antiques that were destroyed

Move in USA made my moving process very smooth and hassle free. Rachel Shamo who assisted me was just great. She was very friendly, courteous, diligent, prompt and went out of her way to meet my requirements. The movers themselves were punctual and very efficient. I would urge all to pay attention to and clarify the terms and expected dates of deliveries just to be clear and plan ahead!

This is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with! If I could give negative stars I would!! They don't come out to give you an estimate, they expect you to know what their parameters are so they " guestimate" your moving cost. I specifically asked for an early morning start due to an appointment I had at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville Florida and needed to be on the road by noon. They said they would be at my house by 7 am but didn't show up until well after 9 am and were very slow.

The sales representative Keith Young was very helpful . The movers were very friendly and and they worked hard, but the claim department was the opposite. Rachel comes across as if she is going to work with you, but then she does not.
