For my business, I have worked with large firms and one man c.p.a.s. in the past with mixed results. Earlier this year I interviewed 5-6 different firms to take over from one of the aforementioned. I shared details and projected workloads to all I interviewed. I landed with Optimize. Specifically Pam. This was my first year for filing the taxes by myself. And I was not sure if I would be able to take care of it. I went to Pam and she took care of everything. All I had to do is provide her all the information and nos. She also took care of my business taxes which I was filing first time this year. She is always available on phone if you have any questions and if she miss your call, she makes sure that she calls you back. And I hardly went to her two times and my taxes was done by then. I highly recommend her.

I've been dealing with Optimize Accounting Solutions for a couple of years now. The tasks they handled for me included two tax returns, plus accounting issues related to the sale of my successful Internet retail site in late 2017.

Pam is a very thorough and professional CPA. I had personal and small business taxes to file for 2016 and she made sure that all my questions were answered.
