My experience with Main Line Sound and Video has been terrific. We moved into our current home early this year and had several audio/video firms visit the house to provide thoughts on upgrading our existing whole house audio system and integrating a new TV. This company is so professional and helpful. We had them install our system almost 4 years ago. A flat screen with surround sound. Yesterday I couldn't get the tv to turn on. I had tried everything I knew and then called them. Pete called me back, gave me a suggestion and sent a detailed email to help me troubleshoot the equipment. And that did the trick. He had a record of our install from 2017. Great service!

Amazing and Professional. With two kids, a wife and working at home our Internet was barely able to keep up. I had called Verizon several times and they had told me that my service was more than I needed to handle my family. The were wrong. I called into Mainline and spoke to Pete. He was easy to talk to and was able to help create a plan that would allow our problems to go away. I received a quote a day later and was scheduled for install 2 weeks after that. Brandon was our installer and showed up on time and followed the proper protocols for Covid. Wearing gloves and a mask he worked in our house

I began working with Main Line Sound and Video in 2014 during the renovations of my home . The experience was fantastic and my wife and I were extremely pleased with the install and after install service.

I called to inquire about a television being in stock and expected an answer of “no” as every big box electronic store in the area told me. Instead, Matt, was courteous and incredibly informative about the different features between comparable models. Finally, instead of saying they were sold out and there was nothing they could do, Matt was able to place my order over the phone. Amazing customer service experience that is hard to come by in any store, let alone over the phone during a pandemic. Thank you!

We had a terrific experience with Main Line Sound & Video, from start to finish. Justin McMahon did an exceptional job of explaining our options, and selling us exactly what we needed. Nick and Bill also did a fantastic job with our installation, and they even offered helpful guidance to the contractor who built our bookcase and shelving. We would highly recommend the ML team to anyone, and we chose them because they delivered the same high-quality advice and service for us about 6 years ago.

I have been buying hi-fi equipment and TVs from Pete and his crew for over 10 years. I find the service always personalized and the advice priceless. These guys are professionals. I never felt compelled to write a review until recently one of my surround units went down just before the holidays, I called the office and told them I was having three parties before New Year’s I needed this system up and working. I was told they were booked to the max but they see what they could do. 24 hours later I have my system up and running. It was much appreciated especially knowing the schedule was full.

Main Line Sound & Video is literally the only company in the area I would trust to install state-of-the-art home electronics. Yes, they are expensive but they do the job right and only sell quality products. And if your equipment needs to be serviced, they will be there for you. (They have even walked me through doing resets myself, saving a service call.) If you are looking for a company to install a "smart home" system or surround sound for ultimate video enjoyment, Main Line Sound & Video is where you should turn.
