I shipped my car from Pennsylvania to California with Mr. Car Shipper and the whole experience was very positive. From the initial call, to placing the shipping order, to contracting the dispatcher and arranging for pick-up and delivery, the communication was exceptional and everyone I spoke with was extremely efficient. My car was delivered in the time promised in 6 days! It was the easiest part of my cross-country move. We were moving across the country and got referred by PODS to come to this vehicle shipper, and booked our vehicle to be picked up a month in advance.It was not made clear to us at the beginning that there was a possibility our vehicle might not be picked up at all because no carriers are available. They day we were leaving to our new home we were informed that no carriers were coming to get our vehicle in the 3-day pick up window we were provided. I had a vehicle transported from California to Ohio. This company is very straight-forward, very honest and trustworthy, and professional. They kept me updated at every step. There was always someone to answer my questions if I called. The price they quoted was the price they charged. My car arrived quickly and in perfect shape. I was very pleased with their service. 4 months later I had my son's vehicle transported from California to Ohio. Once again, they did a great job. The car didn't have a scratch on it. I highly recommend them.

We shipped 2 cars across country from CA to SC. Everything went exactly as promised and according to plan. Our driver was great. He made excellent time and got the cars to SC a few days sooner than the ETA. He met us at a local mall to make it easier for loading and he unloaded close to our SC home and drove the vehicles to our house. Both neighborhoods had narrow streets and this worked out best which was a relief to us because we didn't want to block traffic. Communication with Mr. Car Shipper was excellent. I am very disappointed with Mr. Car Shipper. I needed my car to be at the destination no longer than August 20th. When I called them, they told me it is enough time to find a transportation company to ship my car and they scheduled the pick up around August 13-14. I did not hear anything from them until August 12. I decided to email them and ask them when the pick up day is since we are getting close to the pick up date. Everyone at the company was super helpful and easy to talk to. We were traveling cross country and didn’t want to drive two cars and that’s when we looked at shipping. Mr Car shipper had the best reviews and that’s why we chose them. Our car had to be picked up after we left our home state but it was easy to leave with a friend and have the driver communicate with them. The driver got our car out to us quickly and he was a really nice guy! If we ever need to ship a car again we will for sure use them.

I used Mr Car Shipper to ship my car from Massachusetts to California. My experience was NOT pleasant mainly because the delay of car pick up date by 4 days which is the day I need to depart from the State. The biggest headache was Mr Car Shipper communicated the actual pick up date 2 days before my departure. I called everyday and they kept telling me "we don't know yet". It was a nightmare trying to figuring out the logistics. For the premium price Mr. Car Shipper charge, this is not the quality of service I can appreciate.

Called the call center. Lady on the phone could not hear me well and could not get my name or email address correct so she just hung up on me instead of transferring me someone else to assist. I want to be honest and fair, so I let some time pass before reviewing. Start with the good/OK, bottom line, I got my truck, but they DID NOT MEET their own parameters for success. Now the bad: (1.) The truck was supposed to be (admittedly, not a guarantee) shipped within a 3 day window. Instead, it shipped after 7 days, which put me in a bind because it was delivered mid-day on Christmas eve. (2.) Their customer service explanation for this was basically, "I'm sorry, but we never guaranteed 3 days." (3.) What I found more SLEAZY, is that they use the age-old sales technique of time

We couldn't be happier. Our car was delivered in excellent condition. The driver was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He delivered it before the expected date and took incredible care of our vehicle while it was on his truck. I felt so safe and protected by Mr. Car Shipper's oversight of the entire process. While their estimate was about… $150 more than the other companies we contacted, their excellent customer service and information and numerous 5 star reviews convinced us that the peace of mind was worth the extra expense. Outstanding transaction. Loved that you pay it all up front and they don't require you to have hundreds of dollars in cash to hand a driver at the end. Communication was timely and plentiful. Drivers were very professional. Plenty of warning at both ends on driver eta, place to meet nearby to load/ unload. Both expensive cars arrived exactly as they'd been before the trip. A very satisfying, smooth and worry-free part of our move. Highly recommended!
