At Show Me Bail Bonds, we understand that people make mistakes and sometimes find themselves caught in difficult circumstances. Bail is an expense that, unfortunately, few can afford. We can help. At Show Me Bail Bonds, we can work with you to come up with a plan for a bond to pay your bail. A bail bond is essentially an arrangement with the court guaranteeing that you will show up for your court appearances.
We charge a 10% non-refundable premium and you offer some collateral and we can issue a bond and have you released from jail. We do offer several ways to pay that include credit cards and installment plans, and in some cases, we may not require collateral at all. We'll work diligently with you to figure out what form of payment best fits your budget.

Bail is an amount of money that the court decides that a person must pay to get out of jail and to ensure that the defendant will return to court for all of his upcoming court dates. If you were arrested for a minor offense, the court may allow you to be released on your own recognizance which means you don't have to pay bail but are still responsible for showing up in court.
Fortunately for most of us, we've never been arrested and have no idea what happens after someone is arrested for a crime. The booking process may vary slightly depending on the jurisdiction, but it's basically the same wherever you may have been arrested. You are photographed. Your mugshot is taken for identification purposes as well as to document your condition at the time of your arrest.
Bail is a way of ensuring that the defendant will return to court for his trial by allowing the defendant to offer money or collateral in return for release from jail. If the defendant fails to show up at court dates, the money is forfeited. A bond is an agreement between a defendant, a bondsman and the court that ensures that the defendant will show up for all pending court dates.
Bail was originally implemented in 13th century England and its purpose was the same as it is today: an incentive for a defendant to return for his trial after he's been released. Its unfairness soon became apparent, as only those who could afford the bail were released while poorer defendants sat in jail.
We service all of St. Charles and St. Louis Counties including St. Peters, O'Fallon, Lake St. Louis, Affton, Chesterfield, Sunset Hills, Kirkwood, Maryland Heights, Castle Pointe, Jennings, Florissant, Hazelwood, and the entire metro area. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. DO NOT USE DAVID EVERINGHAM. He bailed me out on 3/7/19, I went to rehab on 3/9/19. I have been making $50 payments through cash app i label it for my bond every time!! I have not gotten a single call or letter from his office but I just received a phone call from a law firm saying that I never paid and that they would be revoking my bond and filing a lawsuit against me for the money! I would understand if I was not making the payments, but I have been & I have proof! I will NEVER recomend this bonding agency! I've never had any issues with payments from anyone else but this
