I love VIP eyes! Todd (owner) has been there for me since the beginning of my glasses journey in the 4th grade (I’m 30 now!). Todd has hand selected incredible helpful staff (such as Jason) and truly takes care of his customers. He stands by his products, warranties, and balances fair prices with top quality products. Vcationing in Portland ME from CT. One morning I dropped my glasses and broke the filament that holds in the lens to my glasses. In a panic I called VIP. They were AWESOME. No charge, greeted me politely, said it would take 10-12 Minutes it only took 7 minutes. I offered to pay, make a donation, a tip, they politely refused. Need you in CT.

VIP Eyes is exceptional!! Their customer service is second to none. When I had problems with the frames I selected, Todd and Drew worked with me several times to make adjustments. After I realized the frames were not going to work out for me, Todd made sure that I found the right frames. Their level of service is outstanding. I highly recommend this business!!

I have been a fan of VIP eyes for many years but now I am their greatest fan! My glasses got scratched and bent so I was in dire need of new glasses because I wear them all the time. I made an appointment with Todd for 7:30 on Wednesday morning to order new glasses. Today is Friday and I received a call that my new glasses were ready! I just picked them up and could not be more pleased! I highly recommend vip eyes for all your vision needs! Great customer service - always!!!

I cannot get over the outstanding service I received yesterday. I had no need for new glasses, only a glasses case for one I had that was falling apart and a need for retightening my prescription sunglasses that were falling off my face. Todd and his team helped me without question or hesitation, even though I had never previously stepped foot in their store. Their fitting area is spacious and reminds me of a classy bar. They went above and beyond and checked 4 different labs to find the type of lenses that I needed in the material I wanted, even though a different optical place had just said that it wasn't available and labs weren't making it anymore. I may have gotten the last pair thanks to their efforts. Thank you Todd for taking the time. It was very much appreciated!

I highly recommend VIP eyes. The staff are very kind and attentive to your questions and needs. I had to go in and get my lenses adjusted, but they had no qualms in ordering new ones for me. I am so glad I was able to get my glasses from here. They helped me out greatly- I definitely needed these new ones. They are great and I will have anyone who asks me if I know a good place to go to for glasses to go here!

It would be enough to say that I came all the way from Portsmouth, NH on a referral. It was worth it. The 2 people and Todd, the owner I dealt with were exceptionally professional and courteous. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They even had frames that fit me perfectly, not many shops do.
Well worth the drive. I will be back when it comes time to get a replacement set of frames/lenses.
