Front desk staff is very negligent and indifferent to safety protocols. My son was hurt on the tricycles and was screaming for a few minutes loudly enough for every parent there to hear, yet no one at the desk even moved! There were three people “working,” no customers needing help at the front, and I had to move my child with a swollen knee (while i was also carrying a baby) all the way to the front to get their attention! Even when they saw me and my son hobbling they just stared until I asked for ice. Unacceptable. They obviously do not care that any one follows the rules or for their well

It's not bad. It was a good place for the kids to play for a few hours indoors and get out a lot of energy. I was not happy about the water situation. They have a water fountain but say because of covid-19 you can not use it unless you have a cup to put water in, which is fine but they do not offer any cups. They will however charge you money for a bottle of water. And you can't leave after you go in, so if you pay for the day make sure to bring a cup, otherwise you could be in a hard situation. Overall if you are prepared and know these things before hand it's an okay place.

I wish I could leave zero stars. My daughters are so sad after our experience today. We paid $1000 to have their birthday at WonderWild. They only allowed the kids to play in the play area for 30 mins, and then expected us to sit at a picnic table for the rest of the party (1 and 1/2 hours!). Anyone with kids knows that the cake portion of the party is 10 mins max.
If that wasn't terrible enough, when we got there, 4 employees told us they would be our party hosts and they would do the set up, cake cutting and food serving and clean up. Except, that was the last time we ever saw them! I

I had my sons party there this weekend, and it was the worst experience ever, my party host was in the front with the cashier the whole time, I still tipped her but I shouldn't. I had to do all the work pretty much passing out drinks, cutting cake for everybody and it was just not enough next time I will pay a friend so they can help me, I payed $500 plus the tip and they only give you 45 minutes play time and after that they have to go back to the room, some people got there 20-25 minutes late so their kids were only able to play for 10-15 minutes so it was pointless. I would only go back

Cancelled a birthday party due to Covid-19. They required a $495 deposit and will not budge with even a partial refund. Cancelled with plenty of notice to reschedule other parties and was still denied refund. The kids love this place, but I would have liked to at least meet in the middle with the deposit.

I have been coming to wonder wild since it first opened. I really love the place, I just felt that the last time we went the ladies who work there didn't care at all. I had to tell two boys that they need to take off their shoes, so they would not accidentally hurt one of the other kids. They completely ignored me, and when I told the staff up front, no one even cared. I would like to continue bringing my kids here, but not if things are going to start going down in management and quality.

Factory like indoor playground. There is 2 sections, you can either go to the one on the left or the "bigger" section for the older kids for an additional 3 dollars. Make sure to bring socks but if not the end of the world since you can purchase for an additional $2.75.
This place is okay. Most of the older kids played on the bike so some kids hogged up the bikes. The older kid section with the fishnet was kinda strange. I am sure it was meant to be an obstacle course but it was very simple for my 5 year old and he didn't stay on it for too long.
Both my kids enjoyed the jumping pillows more

Today was our first time. It was not too busy, but had a good crowd for the wonderwild side.
I am a bit disappointed that the rules are not strictly enforced. Plenty of parents wore their shoes in the play area intended for infant-8yros. Even the attendant walked into the play area to vacuum with shoes on, and decided to not say anything to the offending parents. I will not be taking my crawler back because of this. There is also a dangerous outlet/section poorly blocked off right by the young toddler section, so if you have multiple kids to supervise be very aware!

First time at this place today and we had a blast!! Parents go in free children that can walk go in for 10 plus tax each. We paid $24 total to be able to play with the pirate ship part of the park which is an extra $3. My kids and my husband and I played with our kids for 2 and a half hours. oh that's another thing. You can stay as long as you want to or until they close which is at 6 pm. Overall I really enjoyed the experience here!

My son loves this place!! It's versatile and can handle different age groups. Your kid will probably spend hours without asking to leave.. I've even had my son's birthday there and everyone is very nice and helpful. I think sanitation. Can be taken up a notch though.. I feel like my kid catches a cold shortly after he visits. Maybe it's unrelated, but places like these do harbor bacteria and viruses..

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and we will NEVER go there again!!! My son's 3rd birthday party was scheduled and he came down with the flu the day before which was totally out of our control (obviously). They would not work with us at all- not even rescheduling with some sort of penalty fee. They charged us for the entire party anyway- even the 10 pizzas that hadn't even been ordered yet!!! We told them in more than 24 hours advance. Why would a place focused on children's play and birthdays not have any sort of policy to reschedule even if there was a penalty fee?!?! Kids get sick

I reserved a party for my child here- we absolutely loved it. The two ladies that helped out were super sweet and did an awesome job! (They cut my oversized 4 layer cake like it was nothing- cake cutting is a skill I do not have)
Playground is clean and cool, and although we were there for a total of 1 hr and 45 mins, the party felt thorough and we all enjoyed. The party I had was for a 1 year old,but if you have older kids there is an older kid side.
All in all, I liked the experience and am already contemplating the same place next year!

I love wonderwild! I've been taking my kids here ever since my eldest one was 2 years old.
I always take my kids (5 and 4 years old) here when it's either too hot or rainy. They can spend the whole day here if I let them.
Adults can go with their apprehensive children inside the tunnels and slides. This place is clean and safe.
